Just installed a villeroy and boch subway 2 0 close coupled toilet I have been a plumber for over 20 years this toilet was by FAR the worst designed toilet I have ever fitted terrible access for plumbing connection I would never recommend

Definitely the worst on line shopping
Definitely the worst on line shopping experience It Cancelled my orders just saying the promo code listed on their website is invalid Their products are expensive but the company s behaviour is so cheap Will never buy any product from this company nor will I recommend it to other people

Ordered weeks ago no confirmation of order from the company but money was taken immediately Correspondence has been entirely ignored Phone line states that orders to the UK aren t available but no mention of it on the site when ordering Dreadful service

No replacement for faulty item
received a decanter to gove as a gift but the product was damaged Sent a photo Over a month later and having returned the item I have still not received replacement Customer service via email is shocking - takes forever to respond they could easily have just arranged a replacement or refund when I sent the photo of the damage

Terrible customer service - not generous at all
I purchased 2 tiny replacement cereal bowls - the smallest - at least I though it was 2 because next to the price was the 2 symbol and the high price made me conclude I was getting two In fact one arrived and when I queried it they said that the number 2 next to it was so they could identify the size Nothing else was similarly numbered and next time Looked the bowls were off the site Disappointed

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service I made an order on 20th of December 2020 I haven t received anything since Support service is silent both - e-mail and phone After bombarding their social media accounts where they very quickly delete negative comments I finally get a response that they will look into my case Only today I got e-mail stating that they sent my order It s 20th of January But it was too early to cheer the link with tracking details they provided is not valid I m disappointed in Villeroy Both s name Avoid

I have never received the products I ordered months ago I was told a replacement was on the way however no contact communication or glassware This has also been the same situation when I ordered through m business Glassware not arriving Never again I can t even get a refund

Terrible service
Terrible Same as previous - ordered before Xmas no confirmation and website said no delivery to UK I emailed them no response Was for a gift so ordered goods elsewhere which arrived 3 days later Emailed V R to cancel - no response Then goods delivered end January but no returns label included so cannot return free of charge Have phoned and email but no response and told they are overwhelmed Boo bloody boo I m left with 2nd lot of goods from this terrible company and no way of returning them Raising dispute with my credit card company

The most dreadful customer service
My order was due for delivery 14 11 23 via DPD It didn t arrive and when I checked the tracking it showed the parcel being returned to Villeroy and Boch They are impossible to communicate with The phone isn t answered and the email bounces back as out of service A reply from the contact form states that I will get my refund when the goods arrive back to their warehouse but the DPD tracking message hasn t changed since 14 11 23 so the parcel is going nowhere I am out of pocket and goodness knows when or if I ll get a refund
