Sofa and footstool arrived and was damaged Contacted vintage sofa sent photos as requested They sent out an independent technician who also noted the damage and submitted report Still unresolved Sofa sold not in accordance with description We are taking further action Already been unresolved for 6 weeks

Unfortunately my chandelier never arrived
I ordered and paid for a chandelier on Vintage sofa s website on the 24th Nov 2024 and after hearing nothing for a few weeks I emailed to enquire where it was I was told it would be posted shortly But then had to message once a week as it still didn t arrive After 6weeks I still hadn t received it so had to request a refund unfortunately which I received in January I would have expected better communication If the item isn t available let customers know or don t put it on the website for sale

Poor quality
Poor quality Purchased before and didn t have an issue recently purchased and had to contact them to find out where the order was as not heard anything When the items arrived all 4 items of furniture were awful quality scratched leather not attached properly loose bits of material studs falling off They did agree this wasn t acceptable and would replace the items When I got the replacement items all looked ok till I noticed one arm on the chair the leather looked a bit loose when I felt it I realised there wasn t much stuffing in that part of the arm and you can feel the wood also the original items I ordered had all leather buttons were the second lot they sent the chairs have Harris tweed buttons not leather but the footstools have leather buttons so they don t match like the original ones did The chairs do look really nice in my room just disappointed they are still not right and don t know if they will last a good length of time due to the quality

Wrong items delivered and then correct ones damaged
The incorrect items were ordered by Vintage Sofa and they delivered bar stools instead of dining chairs after a c 6 week wait for them to be made Items were re-ordered and I asked them to make sure the correct replacements were wrapped properly as the bar stools delivered had damaged legs due to poor packaging I also asked them to make sure they were held until after the new year as I was away on honeymoon Whilst away on honeymoon I received multiple notifications about delivery plus a final courier email to say they were going to be delivered the following day whilst we were still away I had to take time out of my honeymoon to contact Vintage Sofa to make sure they weren t going to be delivered Delivery was finally made a few days into the new year and out of six chairs delivered at least two have damage to the legs for which I m still waiting to hear how this will be rectified Overall very disappointed I went to an independent family business expecting a good level of customer care but feel that this has been rather lacking

Furniture breaks - don t buy from them
I bought a velvet accent egg chair ordered it online It arrived pretty fast It looked good but wasn t very comfortable and I only used it occasionally Just over a year old and the metal which attached the chair to the legs gave way and it collapsed Their offer was to send a technician to repair it at totally my cost as it s out of warranty I would never recommend buying from this company Their customer service sucks as do their products

Absolutely love this company A little daunting spending lots of money on a sofa to last you years without seeing it BUT honestly the quality is beautiful customer service superb Live FB slots is great to ask to see certain items We have the Howard 2 and 3 seater armchair pending to buy and a truly beautiful chandelier 100 recommend

Showroom experience was very good and is a stunning place to visit Delivery policy was disappointing Despite only living 3 miles away because the postcode starts with BD not HX we were charged 70 and the suite was collected by courier taken to Leeds and then shipped back out again which took week I m sure the majority of HX postcodes are more than 3 miles away A circular delivery area would be fairer The courier noticed manufacturing damage which he photographed to report We have heard nothing
