all good would have been 5 stars but I changed the delivery address and despite reassurance from VSC the delivery people still had the old address - luckily it s next door

I love the sofas it was reallly hard to choose The warehouse is amazing well worth a visit to get ideas and the staff are friendly x Thd sofas are great value and British made x

Good customer assistance in the show room Lovely selection of good quality sofas all displayed beautifully Friendly helpful staff Delivery sadly didn t arrive complete so had to organise another day to stay home which was disappointing They forgot to follow through on sofa care kits and insurance documents we purchased so found ourselves having to chase for these things The Customer Service and support from Lauren was very good though She responded quickly with our issues we raised We are very happy with our sofas however they do need to focus more on their follow up service to dot the i s and cross the T s They have since been in touch following my review and have taken my issues seriously have felt listened to by their after sales team and have responded to my review They clearly care about my experience and have since tried to rectify the problems I had That s all I can ask Problems can arise but it is how those issues are dealt with that matter when things go wrong I will be returning to buy another chair Think that says it all Always like to support products made in the Uk

It s a beautiful chair but I m doubtful about how long the fabric will last It seems very thin for such a lot of money which is disappointing I ve had a sofa previously which I love and I think is much better quality than my new chair We will see

We ordered the Albert 4 seater sofa in pink it s beautiful Looks stunning in our snug The only issue was the first sofa delivered was the wrong colour this was taken straight back after some time I chased up the replacement vintage couldn t have been more helpful

We ordered a Hartington 3 seater sofa in burnt orange My husband was a little sceptical as it s the first sofa we have brought without sitting on it or looking at the quality but when it arrived I have to say we were really very happy It looked amazing the quality of the build and material were exceptional for the price It is so comfortable and the cushions were beautifully firm The only issue on our order was chasing up the delivery which had to be done with delivery company So happy with the sofa I have revisited and purchased a leather chair Really looking forward to it complementing my sofa

Not lucky enough to have purchased anything yet from Vintage Sofa Co but have had great customer service when making enquiries Really friendly helpful knowledgeable staff I m looking forward to the day when I can buy one of their beautiful pieces

We ordered a Good Stagg Head Took a long time to come I feel the Vintage Sofa company are been let down by their carrier However when the Gold Stagg Head arrived it was very well packed Sadly there had been a mistake and the wrong order had been sent Amy was fantastic in sort and I thinking this mistake out We are now waiting for the replacement to come So far FANTASTIC SERVICE
