I couldn t fault the service First I was contacted and asked if they could repair the car three weeks before the originally appointments day because flooding has created a cancellation My car was collected the following day and a courtesy car provided I was able to track the progress online and the repair was completed earlier than expected It was returned to me a day earlier than predicted- early morning At all times all personnel were helpful and pleasant A shining beautifully restored car was a pleasure to see

10 10 service communication and repair from Solus Bolton They had my MINI in for cosmetic repair and this was completed within less than 2 weeks which exceeded my expectations Courtesy car was also delivered and picked up again once my car was finished They kept me up to date throughout the whole process which eased my mind I am over the moon with the level of service received and even though they were chosen for me via my insurer aviva zero I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone Huge thanks again

I had a small dent and paint scratches on our car because someone backed into us when parking Getting the repair organised was easy and efficient online although there was a two week wait before it could be handed in Repair took about a week and it was great to be able to track detailed repair status online with the assigned garage run by Solus ARC Repairs were done on time and to a high standard I also appreciated the courtesy clean at the end which was like a full valet The only minor issue was the Solus ARC tracking system was extremely glitchy and worked only about half of the time in recognising my registration plate and being able to show details other times it errored out

Quick and simple Very well organised You can see how all is going through Very good service and smooth Garage provided Barnes Coachworks was excellent They did a really great job My car looks new even they have cleaned the car outside and inside in very good condition immaculate very happy with all the process Highly recommended
