If it sounds too good to be true it is This is easily the worst vinyl subscription service The whole premise is a straight lie No integrity no creativity no worry They send what they want and make up some half ass rain for what they sent You can t return or exchange either It s like the reverse of city trash services They bring you the trash instead of taking it and it s yours forever instead of forgotten about

After YEARS of paying monthly because i couldn t get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription someone has finally listened and canceled my subscription Went to make another attempt at reaching someone to see they ve finally had enough of taking my money Money I ll never see again because they made it so impossible to speak to anyone I ll trash this company until the day i die

These folks are scam artists

These folks are scam artists Do not use this subscription service I thought this would be an incredible experience - I mean who wouldn t want vinyl curated based on your spotify playlist I signed up January 2021 - it s currenlty March 29 2021 and I have yet to received anything from Vnyl After several attempts calling and through some pretty nasty emails contact on social media I was finally able to cancel my subscription BUYER BEWARE

Missing records in order Bad customer service

Albums received were odd and nothing I play more than once 2nd mailing showed up damaged with only 1 record in it but 3 were ordered I immediately reached out and sent pictures and I m told when you order next month and pay for shipping separately we will send you the 2 missing records I paid and expect to receive these records asap Several messages later I cancelled my subscription No refund no records It s a scam Steer clear

Absolutely awful Claims to link to your Spotify but then only has unrelated artists I m 3 months in and haven t received a single vinyl let alone 3 per month No cancellation option besides calling No answer Just awful all around Sh t music selection Sh t product Sh t policies

AVOID THIS COMPANY they have terrible costumer service I tried to cancel but the only way to is by calling a number and to people with anxiety calling somebody really isn t the best option I tried emailing them but after a day of emailing back and forth just to be told I don t have an active membership when I can log into my account and they ve taken money from me They sell records nobody has even heard about and just isn t even worth the amount of money it is

Waste of money with do many other record subscriptions out there Customer service is non existent monthly selections straight out of a bargain bin and when asked to actually send music I like was told we are a music discovery service If that isn t bad enough no refund policy so once they get your money your ruined The records are so bad I tried bring ten months of records 30 to the local pawn shops and couldn t get a 1 a record Buyer please beware

Don t subscribe It s expensive and takes forever to get your order unless you choose expedited shipping It s all underground artists If this is what you want then okay However they give you a very limited selection of artists you have never heard of They have a one page website and tell you to use spotify to tailor interests but I never got that

Absolute scam at best They are over 3 months behind on shipping the vinyls They now owe me two orders Numerous follow up attempts to customer service who just say we are sorry and will look into this DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FAKE PAID REVEIWS THIS ENTIRE OPERATION IS A JOKE THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

One of the worst experiences I ve had purchasing something online

I signed up for their album curating service and never received anything after over a month now since placing my order No one ever answers their customer service number and it takes you directly to an answering machine that has a full inbox Good luck trying to get someone to respond to you via email too When they finally do they tell you curating takes up to 4 business weeks whatever that means despite their website saying it only takes 2-3 weeks for them to ship your order There are much better vinyl curating services out there avoid this scam company
