The worst
Honestly they don t even deserve the 1 Star I had to give them Terrible company terrible customer service Calling them out on social media is the only way to get them to respond to you but sadly they will just feed you more lies and bs They generate tracking numbers but never actually ship anything Stay far far away from the scam company

BUYER BEWARE
Joined the club Was charged twice with no delivery of music Contact number always refers you to email Emailed 3 times to cancel No response I contacted BBB and filed a complaint Vnyl responded back with cancelation but still no refunds Waiting to hear back from BBB Will file complaint with credit card company next BUYER BEWARE

SCAM Would give negative stars if I could I ve been paying for this since March and as of today August 2 I have received NOTHING Customer service has done less than zero Just respond with emails saying Sorry We ll expedite your order Even calling accomplished nothing except someone will email you in 24-48 hours Just buy albums on Amazon This is a COMPLETE scam

I wanted to believe - but VNYL is a joke
Had the same experience as Rachel Grossman their system is very confusing and unclear They sell themselves as curating music for you based on your preferences but still force you to log in and MANUALLY select curate every single month even if that s all you want Then after 3 months they stopped processing my orders stopped responding to my emails and NEVER answer their phone It feels like what you would expect if a business was run by teenagers with zero business experience Waste of time and money

Waste of Money horrible curation service
I got a record player as a birthday gift and thought their subscription service would be a fun way to learn of some new artists and grow my record collection Their curation service is a joke 40 or more of the albums Ive received dont fit in my music style even slightly and I am debating throwing in the trash because they are so awful Along with this the records show up sporadically never on time and the company themselves are almost impossible to reach I wish I had cancelled my auto renew before I got locked into another year of crap

ABYSMAL I was charged without them sending anything to me or receiving notification of shipping There s no transparency Subscribers have no control You have to actually call them to cancel or pause your subscription and customer service runs on Pacific time Not to mention the only record I received was hot garbage AVOID DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

Though I filled out details about my jazz collection in hopes they d build on it only one of 24 albums they sent aligned In addition they should have sent me 32 albums by this point in the gift subscription I received Nice people but business needs overhaul Only benefit is I ve been able to trade the 23 albums in for good jazz at local used record store

I made the mistake of not reading any reviews first I can t add anything more to the negative reviews already given Trying to cancel the membership is ridiculous you re directed to a number to call Upon calling they ask you to leave a message After leaving a message you get no call-back and the charges continue I have had to go to my bank to dispute the monthly payment As one review states these guys are borderline scammers Don t do it - they are awful

Received a 3 month Gift subscription Thought it was weird they needed a credit card to receive a gift READ THE FINE PRINT Unless you Cancel before your subscription renews they automatically start charging monthly I was charged twice before even receiving my 3rd pack of records No email no notice about Gift Subscription running out Only received store credit no refund Unethical business practices if you ask me Also I tried to curate my profile the best I could writing in bands genres linked Spotify AND Discogs and I think I ve only enjoyed like 3 9 records I received Sounds like a great idea but it s not

This company is borderline unethical
This company is borderline unethical Their website is so poorly designed you can t tell whether or not you have even finished your order because you have to choose vibes and it s totally unclear that those vibes are what enable you to place an order There are no clear steps Meanwhile their marketing campaign is extensive and their customer support is both not helpful and slow While I don t believe this is a scam I will say it does NOT have your best interest at heart and I look forward to when it will inevitably go out of business as two people I know have dropped them as well
