Nice airline with worst website ever
At the airport and in the plane GOL is a good airline with friendly and professional staff Their prices are ok But their website is the worst there is It is extremely hard to book a ticket Accumulating frequent flyer miles is impossible After booking online I finally succeeded to reach the payment-screen and again it gets stuck My workaround was to book without using my Gol-account but that makes it impossible to earn miles It is completely frustrating and I think GOL is losing a lot of customers because of this
