I m not satisfied
I m not satisfied since I ve been trying to keep in touch with GOL all week but there is no way to do that Only calling but it s very expensive My reservation has been changed and when I try to accept the amendment link fails I wrote on messanger facebook and e mail looked for a complaint but it seems impossible I don t like this customer management

Absolutely no respect given to passengers or their belongings
Upon boarding my flight from S o Paulo to Brasilia the airline told me that my small expensive carry on bag carrying glass valuables would have to be checked in due to the fact that the plane was now full With absolutely NO prior notice given or any time to go and get my bag wrapped or buy a bag cover I had no choice to let them take my bag Due to the fragile valuables enclosed they then quickly slapped a fragile sticker on it which I was unable to remove cleanly And my bag was returned scratched and marked all over I m very annoyed at the way this whole situation was handled by the airline If they had given me some notice that my bag needed to be checked in I would have had time to go and at least get my bag wrapped or buy a cover and make sure the valuables were secured better They clearly have no respect for their paying customers or their belongings

I couldn t even buy the tickets The website is so crap that they were forcing me to pay in Argentine Pesos which I didn t want So crappy user experience Please do yourselves a favour and get a proper website built for your guys

Useless time wasting customer service
70 of waiting on line ridiculous amount of time to make a ticket change the all process took over 100 minutes on the phone I wander but how is possible that an airline can survive with such a disorganised messy and time wasting customer service At the GIG airport in Rio de Janeiro I was sent from check in to tkt office to authorise credit card payment only one operator was working at the counter with many people waiting on line we almost missed our flight Stress and frustration for something that should have been a normal and smooth transaction instead

GOL AIRLINES racism and extortion
I bought a Rio de Janerio-iguazu ticket for 12 February and paid 135 then I tried to check in online but Turkish citizens could not be selected in their system I went to the airport and talked to the authorities there but they could not because they were not in the Turkish nation system so I could not get my ticket I could not board the plane all other citizens who checked in online and others informed their planes but I was exposed to such racism and then I bought a ticket from the rival airport company for the same day and I requested the Gol airlines officials to refund my money but they were both racist and refunded my money They said they won t so I was also extorted I demand my money back I can upload all the wings to the system PNR GYJGJUFlight 12 02 2023 07 15G31962 BOE NG 737-700YAVUZ OZCAN

Worst customers service ever
Hours have passed and I have not been able to resolve anything with Gol Airlines I just wanted to know how much it would cost to include my son on my flight that s all and after hours waiting for my call to be answered when they finally answered the attendants kept transferring me to other sectors I even ended up in the cargo sector In addition to everything the quality of the connection was very bad and their website NEVER WORKS What a shame Lack of training lack of professionals and lack of respect

Yet another South American airline with a garbage website that doesn t work I ended up spending my money on a different Airline They seriously need to fire who s ever handling this because they ve got to be losing a lot of money

Probably the worst airline company there is
I know there has been hundreds of bad reviews of this company but I still have to say I agree with everyone saying this is the worst airline company ever And they don t do anything about it Unbelievable But there is almost no alternative and they count on that So if you go with them be prepared to have a potentially horrible experience at one point

Waiting for refunds since 2020 and
Waiting for refunds since 2020 and 2021 Useless customer service if you are ever lucky to speak to someone Don t even think you are going to succeed into having problem solved via VOE GOL website if you leave in Brasil and like in my case abroad I wander how can it be even legal for an airline with such a bad customer service website and finances for the passengers able to exists I consider it a Scam and its upsetting and extremely frustrating having to deal with them Where is my money in which pocket of this airline has it ended
