This has been one of the most awful experience of my traveling life I used Gol to fly from Florian polis to Soa Paulo to Miami At check in I was not able to get my international check in system was down but the issue is that very agent from Florianopolis and Soa Paulo gave me the wrong information several times resulting in missing flight and the loss of two luggage I filed a complaint in Soa Paulo and was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Miami I waiting for 5 hours and missed my connecting flight to Tampa waiting for luggage and I still don t have it No agent in Miami knew how to help me Will never fly with this company so be aware

Worst experience - book another airline
Check-in App does not work failed more than 10 times during the process took me over 2h in my vacation First tried to get seats with additional leg room As the app was not working booked standard seats without additional costs However charges to my credit card were made anyway Called customer service Talked 20 minutes until they hang up on me

was checked in on G3-4001 14 8 2023 departure 11 05 florianopolis to santos dumont at 09 30 flight cancelled option 1 1 2 hours bus to navegantes for 15 00 departure to SDU when we arrive in navegantes flight is delayed to 16 00 At 15 45 announcement that flight is now departing at 17 00 GOL is worse than any of the African airlines i often fly i recommend DONT fly Gol

The worst airline company ever
Reservation number BAGEVT The worst airline company ever that I have taken Actually for a flight from Sao Paulo to Rio they just simply could not check in my flight and denied my boarding due to their IT system I was left alone in the middle of the night in the airport of Sao Paulo That was a miserable experience After 10 months I still haven t heard anything from them No apology Nothing This company should just simply go bankrupt

Gol - the clown airline
Gol is just one of the worst airlines but doesn t stop there they have a joke of a web site that doesn t work One would think that an airline of all companies would understand that there are MANY COUNTRIES in te world However GOL believes that everybody in the world is Brazilian has a Brazilian CPF number and a Brazilian credit card It s just a disaster GOL listen up Do something you clowns

the worst airline I traveled shares flights with american airlines business class codes do not match between airlines poor service 2 hours standing expecting 20 people in San Pablo waiting for a Gol employee trip 25 days ago I still claim my frequent flyer miles They do not credit them they say they do not know if I flew incredible very bad do not use

This company has the worst customer service The accounts of racism committed by the staff are shocking Right now they will be notified by the Ministry of Racial Equality for getting a Black passenger arrested because she didn t want to check in her hand luggage a normal sized backpack containing her laptop For context carrying a piece of hand luggage is a right granted by law Avoid flying GOL

Still waiting a covid refund
I only give one star because you cannot give none I have not been refunded my flight affected by covid yet since April 2020 many hours on customer services listening to promises of refund that never happen Avoid this company

GOL executives couldn t care less
Obviously GOL executives couldn t care less about customer service 88 of Trust pilot reviews say this You cannot even buy your seats at the moment after booking as they have yet another IT website problem so that unless you put in a CPF number you cannot purchase outside Brasil If you try to ring them they are always engaged so can not even get through to them APPALLING

Worst airline 3 days waiting for an answer to change my flight and no answer they said they would send me and email and nothing so far I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
