We made a booking Unfortunately a month later they cancelled that flight and said we could rebook It was a little confusing but we managed to rebook though the flights were at much worse times Before we were due to fly I suffered a serious injury I contacted Gol and spoke with Shay who was very helpful I was able to receive a credit for the flights so I can rebook to another time once I have recovered Shay showed a lot of empathy and understanding to the situation providing a suitable solution I will rebook for later in the year and hope those flights do not change
