First of all Martin the business owner is very easy tot alk to and he loves to talk audio I have just bought the Ultra Rendu having used the Micro Rendu for a few ears but i is defunct aft a puppy managed to get hold of it I was very impressed with the MR and di not expect to hear natyhing better when the Ultra Rendu arrived Iam 65 with 100 heqring and my husband if 77 with hering aids As soon as the music started playing thru the Ultra he said oh this sounds good better than it was And he had been impressed by the MicroRendu I am veyr pleased I bought the Ultra Rendu

Audiostore customer service at an outstanding level

I am driven to write this review due to the outstanding support from Martin at Audiostore Past eBay adventures have taken me from the original Vortexbox to a Zen Mini mk1 Each of them now working as a glorified nas with difficult to grasp software I then obtained an Audiostore mini cube What an excellent device for ripping playing streaming I phoned Martin to ask how to back up the ssd and options for saving modifying my older devices and he was so informative and helpful This company produces high quality products now my hifi quality from Audiostore via hiface dac to a Naim Uniti is a dream The hifi journey will continue to modify old items to better functionality but even if I stopped now Martin s advice and product has given me hifi happiness

I almost never write reviews which should serve to indicate how highly I view this product and Audiostore Came across audiostore when my Naim unitiserve failed and I didn t fancy paying the outrageous fee name wanted to fix it I am delighted I did Firstly the customer service is second to none The time and care that Martin puts in to help you understand the options is amazing and select a product is amazing Similarly after sales support is comprehensive I ended up buying a prestige ultra and am delighted I use it as my Roon core where it is more than capable of handling anything Roon asks of it including all the ups along options Ease of use couldn t be more straightforward It has also provided a significant uplift in sound quality over my old unitiserve It feels like a product that could be sold at 3 times the price I would highly recommend anyone looking for a high end hifi media server to give Audiostore a call

Mini Sonore Dac32 Digi 32

I bought an Audiostore Mini about a year ago together with a Sonore Rendu and Sonore Optical The sound quality is excellent and much better than my previous Onkyo based streaming set up The game changer though is the functionality that is available with the operating system Access to all principal radio stations streaming services and own music is really great It takes a while to get used to the interface but when you are it s really fabulous Martin was on hand as necessary to help me I subsequently purchased a Dac 32 and Digi 32 so I could use the system in other rooms too and may well yet buy another I would highly recommend and I think if you after both sound quality and value you won t go wrong with buying from Audiostore

Martin rescued my Zen

Recently my Innuos Zen died with no network connection Innuos very slow and unhelpful as only want to sell their new products and no longer support the Zen Martin came to the rescue a drive to Tunbridge Wells and a short wait saw the unit repaired new battery I believe and all now hunky dory Just now considering upgrades and new Nova o s Will only use Martin in the future

Martin has been of great help since my initial enquiry taking the time to speak on more than one occasion to ensure I chose the product that best suited my needs Post-sales support was also excellent and the equipment in my case a music server for Roon is exactly what I needed

I bought a music server and an optical Rendu paired with a Chord Electronics DAVE from Audiostore Martin was incredibly helpful throughout and endured my never ending questions I was impressed by his vast knowledge in the space and willingness to help attain the best outcome possible My buying experience was only trumped by the fantastic after sales service- I had no idea how to best optimise my new system Buy with confidence 10 10

Uptone EtherREGEN

I bought an Uptone EtherREGEN from Martin at Vortexbox He was super helpful at answering all my questions I was very sceptical that an ethernet switch could have such an impact on the sound I experienced consistent network drop outs not long after I installed the etherREGEN in my system I contacted Martin for help and of course re-read the very comprehensive manual The manual pg7 was very helpful at warning against the use of metal RJ45 connectors on both the A and B side Sure enough when I removed the SoTM ethernet cable from the A side and replaced it with a Blue Jeans with a plastic RJ45 connector The problem was solved The EtherREGEN has closed up the sound quality gap between my digital sound and my vinyl A really special bit of kit Highly recommended for those looking for the next step up in their digital music replay Thank you Martin and Uptone

I contacted Audiostore with a view to updating my naim legacy streamer

I contacted Audiostore with a view to upgrading my Naim legacy streamer I wanted to use Roon and Qobuz First of all I purchased an Audiostore Imp with 950gb ssd equipped with all the relevant software for me to feed roon and qobuz to my naim 272 It all worked so well I went on to purchase a microrendu and power supplies that allowed me to separate the player function from the roon core and this gave a furthe4 uplift in sound quality I needed a usb to spdif converter to allow compatibility with my nac 272 which doesn t have a usb digital input I purchased the Hecate usb converter I have ended up with all the functionality I required using roon and qobuz and terrific sound quality from my naim dac and preamp sections All through this I have had excellent support from Audiostore and I am delighted with the end resulting sound system
