Purchased a suede strap Looked nice but within a week it looked grubby Easily marked and not really suitable for general use Disappointed

Each order is lovingly gift wrapped no it wasn t it was just thrown into an envelope This was a gift and it was this statement which sealed the deal for me The strap is nothing special and I could have gotten a nice an comfy brand name for the price I won t order any more

The first strap I had fell apart after

The first strap I had fell apart after I had run in it for about 5-6 minutes The pins didn t seem long enough and under further scrutiny it looked like one of the pins could have been bent Either way it was faulty A new one was sent out very quickly and so far the new strap looks and feels sound However I have yet to go running in it again

Strap is fantastic quality and price Communication is very poor Apart from acknowledgement of original order there was no contact on progress of order dispatch or when to expect delivery Hadn t a clue whether it would take 3 days or 3 weeks Didn t respond to very polite email with enquiry on when I could expect delivery I do have to say delivery was within a week of ordering but I still maintain it would have been nice to know this somewhere

A little underwhelmed

Watch strap was delivered in reasonable time but better communications would have been appreciated As for the strap itself it looks quite nice and well-made but time will tell The leather though is a little disappointing in that it smells more of plastic than fine leather and it doesn t feel as nice as I was expecting I do like the quick release feature though

bad strap

The advert at no point mentioned the awkward and painful fastening mechanism A convoluted hinged device I bought this strap hoping to replace my existing strap I then to buy another strap with normal pin and hole very disappointed

Sorted out satisfactorily in the end

I placed my order and heard nothing for a week I was concerned that I hadn t received my strap I contacted Elliott on a Saturday morning to ask where it was On the Monday following they don t work at weekends I heard back and they arranged for a new strap to be sent out which duly arrived the following day I am very happy with the quality of the strap it s definitely worth the price
