Company got in touch and agreed to replace Satisfied

Product ordered The Athens Desert Sand Full Grain Leather Watch Strap It s a very nice strap but please be aware that the spring bars supplied are a tiny bit wider in diameter not length than many others I have tried and so didn t fit snugly or securely into the mounting holes on the lugs of my Seiko 5 I scratched the back of the lugs on my watch and destroyed two spring bar tools trying to fit this strap before I had to swap the spring bars out for a pair I salvaged from another strap which made the strap fit perfectly first time It is very nicely presented and packaged though and the leather has a nice mottled look and hugs the wrist nice and comfortably The buckle is nice and chunky and has a lightly brushed finish so might be a better match for a watch with a brushed case rather than a polished one if these little details matter to you

Only slight blemish on the overall experience was that I didn t get a dispatch email so chased up after a week but the strap arrived the day I sent the chaser Other than that I m really pleased with the quality and am considering buying a second one because I think I chose the wrong colour

The color of the strap perfectly matches with my green dial Christopher Ward Trident C60 300 pro It is also very well made and was delivered as promised in a timely fashion The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that I wish the leather was a bit softer and more supple

Delivered very quickly once it was finally back in stock would have been good to be able to order even when out of stock The green strap i was looking for was out of stock for over 5-6 weeks but no way of pre-ordering Watch strap feels decent would have preferred a slightly wider strap as quite narrow

Great strap Beautifully made in decent leather Turned up very quickly My only complaint is regarding the Normal strap to Apple Watch adapter Lots of colours are offered to match the many versions of the Apple Watch My watch is in the standard sand blasted low sheen silver so naturally I ordered the silver I was a bit disappointed when it arrived because it wasn t a silver finish close to the watch It was a much more highly polished finish that doesn t match the watch Maybe that doesn t bother most people but I just wanted a seamless blend into Apple s design I had to punch two more holes aswell but that s because I have the smallest hands of any adult man Thankyou for a lovely piece of craftmanship

Very efficient delivery and a good product however one of the connections was broken so I am hoping that I can get a quick replacement If this happens I will be very satisfied

Strap appears to be a good quality leather although time will tell if this is really true Price and dispatch time were great Only small gripe is that the finish around the quick release pin needed slight trimming as the leather was preventing the pin from seating correctly in the watch head

It s a nice strap - looks well made sturdy and attractive My one reservation is the sizing info I ordered the largest comparing the measurements given with an existing strap But the supplied strap is considerably bigger It would help if the sizing info was specific about what was included e g the buckle elements

Would have given 5 stars but for the time wasted to download the Shop App to track the order Totally useless as it didn t contain any tracking details and resorted to emails that weren t answered by Watch and Strap Watch strap then arrived via Royal Mail within timescale promised Strap is reasonable quality for the price Order tracking is overly complicated and you just need to be told it will be posted out using Royal Mail
