Happy first time buyer

The watch arrived in excellent condition with fast delivery the only slight negative being it fits a bit too tightly to my wrist making it uncomfortable when it gets hot an additional link to the bracket would have been better but my wrist is larger than the average Overall I m very happy with the experience and the service I would definitely buy from them again if the opportunity presents itself

Overall professional service

I ve now bought 4 watches from watch finder and every time has been a very professional service my recent purchase has turned up and is flawless At a Good price only negative was that they would not let me keep the Bezel and Clasp which was replaced on my trade in even though the trade in price was adjusted down for replacement

Richard Brockman was very helpful and very attentive remotely However don t expect to get in a part exchange deal what they offer you Once your watch arrives back for inspection despite mine being in tip top condition They found a way to reduce the part ex price by 1000 saying a Breitling seal needed replacing

Cautious endorsement after a first ever problem

This review is after subsequent reaction from Watchfinder on a concern I raised I bought a perfect watch which I cannot wear because the strap is far too short - despite me being assured earlier that Watchfinder would not deliver watches that were too small to wear Bracelets were always modified in earlier years automatically to our wrist size but now bracelet size is shown in the adverts and there is no way even to state our wrist size anymore in the Purchase Process a change which worried me Straps are projected as adjustable as if they will fit any wrist I have been assured that new sizing arrangements are a work in progress and they have offered to refund the price of me buying a new strap - which I have accepted

Great customer service although initial watch reviewed was faulty

Although the initial watch I ordered was received faulty Watchfinder worked efficiently and quickly to provide me with a replacement watch which I m now delighted with Special praise to Ed in the sales team who really helped sort my issue and provided great customer service

Price was good as I bought during a sale Delivery was tardy but that was understandable as I bought close to Christmas but there was zero comms regarding this Watch is very nice box a bit knackered and lacking screwdriver and case protector but again fair enough given the price This was my fourth purchase from watchfinder so obviously happy overall with the experience

It s the third time I ve used watchfinder and not quite up to the very high standards but still good Getting the packaging for my exchange was challenging as was organizing the Delivery Having multiple contact points made life more challenging than just one

Great price great condition great delivery only negative was that I wasn t asked my wrist size as I believe should have happened ended up removing links myself and nearly butchered it
