Great customer service but some problems

Great customer service can t fault that However the watch I ordered was sent out to me without a proper inspection by the looks of things The self winding mechanism of the watch wasn t working properly and I had to send the watch off to get serviced as soon as I received it

Not sure if I would buy on line again Had to change strap and when it arrived did not fit

Excellent watch and good dealing with my sale assistant However the delays between my watch arriving in France and my new watch being shipped was too long over 3 weeks I understand this is not an isolated incident
