Had plumber booked for the 15th of September Wates kept me updated up to the day of the appointment Plumber Donovan did an outstanding job and solved the problem in a few minutes which we couldn t solve Great job no more water leaks Well done Donovan Keep up the good work Wates

I rand at 2pm on a Saturday Toilet was leaking I got a tx at 3pm telling me someone was on the way the pkeasent Plumber turned up at 4pm he took less than 30 minutes to repair the leak Very impressed Thank You

I spoke to Amit from the WATES customer service team He was really helpful patient and took time to understand my concerns that I was reporting He was very organised and sorted out all my repairs with ease

Dennis came out yesterday was very polite and fixed my lock straight away He has been out before and hung two doors up for me he made no mess had respect for my home cleaned up after himself too thank you very nice man

I ve just had a new kitchen bathroom done with Wates my housing association From the first day of arriving I ve recieved nothing but respect politeness and HARD work from each member of the team Intact they ve all gone above and beyond to get the work done and of high standard I couldn t be happier with the end results They ve come in and cracked on with the jobs cleaned up as much as possible after turned up on time and even worked over Each team member is a credit to the company Scott you have a fantastic team with you and you all deserve the credit given Angela a top lady who got the planning in place and work started quickly I cannot fault these guys in any way whatsoever The end results are truly stunning As for all of these not so nice reviews I certainly wouldn t believe everything you read The team that have been in my home for the past 8 days have been nothing but hard working respectful lads I m very very happy with all work done Thankyou

The young man that came to fix my mothers sink was excellent my mother wishes that she remembered his name He was so kind and considerate to my elderly mother He was very professional and very efficient The Wates Organization are extremely fortunate to have him as employees

After waiting over an hour to get through my call was answered and I want to say how helpful Amit was took the time to listen and rectify issue Wates are lucky to have him on board as after a long wait time I was not in the best of mood but speaking with Amit that was instantly forgotten
