Had excellent service from Amit

Had excellent service from Amit who went above and beyond to try to help resolve a problem with booking an electrician He was super helpful in listening and understanding the situation and providing a solution This was following being cut off the call by Corey another member of staff therefore I really appreciated Amit looking into it further for and taking responsibility showing great customer service

Amit from Wates is great

There were some historical issues with a repair taking a very long time to fix but after investigation it was discovered it was caused by a contract ending with my managing agent and Wates Luckily Amit from Wates quickly picked up and has gone above and beyond to help resolve the issue which is on-going He s been very polite knowledgable and informative Although I cannot vouch for Wates a company I can speak very highly of Amit and would give him 5 stars

Please stay away from this company

Please stay away from this company I am a former employee they owe me 4220 they employ staff with absolutely no experience no knowledge in positions of responsibility seriously some one will end up getting killed buy this terrible company they are a joke they leave fire door handles loose with no fixings carpet tiles loose ready for someone to trip up there work is absolutely dire
