Repairs ignored

Phoned repair needed door handles replaced Wates called gave reference number and 30 June for works to be carried out no one from Wates appeared Their excuse no longer dealing with sub contractor and need to go through the process again it made no sense Rogue workers The Tenants receive no duty of care from Peabody or representation no one prepared to listen to the repair failures N5 1NE Catherine Carroll

Absolute joke of a company The actual engineers are great but the higher ups don t know what s happening Ripped out my kitchen on the Monday then didn t come back until the following week only to break my heating They re obviously taking too much on with false promises AVOID

They deserve no stars

Been in the construction industry for awhile myself so know abit the sort of low level work and the attitude of wates workers is atrocious To think I applied for a job with wates and they had the nerve to turn me down They actually did me a favour This company is bottom class

Absolute joke of a company Our LHA used them to refit our kitchen and I wished they d never Measurements were all wrong resulting in odd cupboards fitted 3 leaks from shoddy plumbing bad paint work they even painted over the plastic trims of EVERYTHING rather than cut in and snagging left unfinished Damage to dishwasher Several appointments made to attend but no one arrived They used Select Installations to undertake the works but no one seemed to take charge when there was an issue And don t even bother calling I d say AVOID but like us you probably won t have a choice

There a complete joke all of there trades They don t know there ar e from there elbow All they care about is profits Sandwell council used them many years ago and may well still be using them on refurbishment projects all I can say they must of been cheap or getting back handers as there workmanship is the worse I have ever came across still doing rectifications there supposedly qualified Tradesmen did wrong or very poorly

Completely useless

Completely useless Pa housing Tennant and have a running tap since July They need to change taps or the bath I don t really know sub contractor tried to change taps but couldn t so handed back to wates Wates then gave a date for today abd didn t even turn up with not even a courtesy call have waited in all day and even checked with PA Housing this is not the first time I ve had problems with this company they treat social housing tenants like crap and with no respect

Unprofessional company with poor built quality stay away

Purchased new built property from them less than 2 years ago Flooring coming off defected items never got replaced after several contacts EV charging bays promised and advertised and missold properties But no sign of EV charging at all Now 2 years aftersale warranty coming to end and their customer service manager just wants to close all the reported issues saying its not their fault Shocking unprofessional company Never buy from them

This company has done nothing but change appointments over and turning up unannounced several times in a week I work night shifts and been woken up by your incompetent company on several occasionsI have had enough this absolute nonsense get it sorted out

i have had issues trying get these to

i have had issues trying get these to fix my bathroom since july They siliconed a tile down They told me cant replace my skirting so sanded it and painted it It has emotionally drained me as i pay for a service what service They all say i promise to do better job than last person and i end up more broken as realise they dont
