Great customer service from Amit

Have had to deal with Wates a couple of times now and their customer service has been absolutely commendable I ve spoken with Amit a handful of times and he s always been super helpful A great attitude and and helped to solve my issues promptly

Treasure to the company

I want to mention the lady answering the phone Tequila she has an excellent phone manner also she s very patient and kind she takes the time to speak to the customer she will get far with her great attitude she s a treasure to her company WATES it makes a big difference Thank you Tequilla

Above and beyond helpful

Had an excellent experience today with a super helpful man called Amit who went above and beyond the word helpful Was on hold for about 2 minutes while he sorted out an appointment for me for a problem that had been going on for weeks and within minutes he had sorted it all out Was so thankful I wanted to cry Excellent customer service

Quality Customer Service

Due to a distressed friend of mine I made a cal to Wates and spoke to Amit From the start of the conversation Amit was extremely professional and helpful He explained the situation to me very clearly ad left me confident in his responses Although it did not resolve the situation just him being attentive to my call made the difference to me and my friend Keep it up Amit well done

Had my kitchen ceiling plastered by Jack and a new starter sorry I didn t catch his name Both were lovely very pleasant and had lovely manners and were very professional The work the did is wonderful I cannot fault them They protected my floors cupboards and appliances very well tidied and cleaned up after themselves Both men were Lovely made time to speak to my 4 year old nosey son haha Thank you lads From Sian at 8 attlee Cres

the maintenance man Andy came to my house and made sure that I had my lock installed after waiting two months for he ensured he would not leave my property he left and went searching for part that wasn t easy to find then came back installed it and made sure I was happy with all the work he had doe before leaving he even cleaned all his mess and hover my stairs for me happy customer

Emergency plumber

I ve actually had a good experience with Wates I had a bathroom leak and the emergency plumber was brilliant From the time I rang my Housing Association to the job being completed was roughly under 3 hours I was absolutely distraught at the time feel silly now but the plumber reassured me it was fine And we even had a little giggle about it Even during these difficult times we made sure everyone was 2 meters apart Can t fault the service at all

Absolutely brilliant Wates Group plumber

I m a tenant of PA Housing PA Housing have a contract with Wates Group for maintenance of their properties and a plumber from Wates visited me this morning to fix a faulty kitchen tap Sadly I forgot to ask his name but he was cheerful polite dynamic and highly professional He actually replaced the tap instead of merely repairing it and did this in record time There are so many negative reviews about Wates Group on Trust Pilot but this my first ever contact with Wates has been most positive

Positive experience on both occasions

I can t believe all the negative reviews on here I ve had 2 repairs carried out by a Wates Contractor Last week I had a blockage leak under my kitchen sink George attended my home which is a Notting Hill Genesis property he fixed the problem really quickly Today Aiden came and fixed a leaking toilet replaced a flexi waste pipe Both were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves

Credit given where it s due

Wates control the repairs needed for my property due to them being in contract with Stonewater I had a very good experience yesterday with Kyle who came to do some extensive work inside of my property His work was completed to a high standard he was on time and was efficient in his work I am very satisfied with the work completed which is why I am leaving my reviewHe went above and beyond to do alternative repairs while here which he knew he could facilitate
