Amazing Customer Service

I have only had good customer service experiences here The two occasions I received broken or malfunctioning products wayfair was so quick to offer a refund or replacement They did not make me jump through hoops or complicate the process at all I will use them for any purchase needed in the future

Customer Service is exceptional I ordered many items for my balcony and I did not receive one of them even though it was marked as delivered I had to wait a week for them to set up a claim with Fedex and they ended up refunding me the total amount No hassle or anything and they were super fast at picking up the phone I dont get these bad reviews they are actually really good and i was happy with the quality for the items that I received also for a reasonable price

I don t understand the negative

I don t understand the negative reviews I bought 9 items including a refrigerator from Wayfair Only one item a shower curtain was super low quality and I am negotiating with them to receive back my 5 return shipping charge which I feel I should get in addition to the product refund which they offered immediately Customer service has been fantastic products all 8 including rugs and curtains and removable tile are super quality and price I love them

Fast delivery items were as expected

We have ordered three different times A headboard bed frame a glider rocking chair for our nursery a TV stand Each order was delivered on time or before the delivery date everything was exceptional I do notice somethings are pricey on this site that are lower on others but other than that we love WayFair

Recently ordered a glass top table and matching chairs All looks great but had an issue with chairs Contacted them on chat first offer was to get new chairs but since issue was manufacturing defect I declined Second offer was for full refund I accepted Repair of chairs will cost mayabe 50- 60

Great experience quick and painless

Ordered a full-size bed for my son and had a painless experience and super quick delivery Given how many problems we ve had with other sites at this point Wayfair is the only one I trust Having said that we haven t had to deal with returns or issues

I Have bought a ton of things at way fair I have never had a problem this time got a kitchen island and I had a spot of glue on it right on the top you can t hide it I called them and they right away are sending me a whole new top told me to keep the old one they handled it really well way to go and thank you wayfair

i literally bought my entire living room and bedroom from this website Little to choose from during pandemic so i gave it a try on this website 3 sofas 1 dining table 2 office desk 1 office chair 1 coffee table and 6 dining chairs Got discounts for defected products quality is ok not that bad and no iam not a robot
