I have tried a couple of pork pie curing and seasoning mix been OK But this is the best I did add just a little more seasoning than cure 8gms cure 11gms seasoning to 1 5 lbs of mince pork I found it just needed a little more seasoning It s perfect I will certainly purchase this again Nice on guys
