Shoes ordered too small for my grandson Bought for birthday so returned after a few weeks Excellent returns and refund received quickly New size ordered and very happy

I ordered a wetsuit for my son which

I ordered a wetsuit for my son which arrived safely but the second parcel which was supposed to have 5 items namely boots gloves wetsuit shampooh changing mat and hanger arrived with 3 items missing and the parcel taped up When I e mailed Wetsuit Outlet explaining the situation and sending photos of the taped parcel and delivery note and listing items missing Mathew was extremely helpful acknowledging that the items had gone missing in transit with Evri and sending them again to me via Royal Mail I was refunded the cost of the changing mat which was no longer in stock and the items arrived promptly and in time for Christmas as they are presents Thank you Mathew of Customer Services for your help at this busy time of year
