Fortunately in one piece

Fortunate that my item arrived unscathed Heavy item car key surf padlock came in a bubble lined envelope which was nowhere near enough packaging One corner of the item was broken through the envelope so the corner of the card packaging on the actual item was damaged Although it s a Christmas present I had to carefully peel away the tape clear label at the base to enable me to check the corner of the item and fortunately it was ok An old cardboard box or a part of a box taped around it would have offered much more protection I don t care what you send it in or what it looks like just want it to arrive in one piece Lucky that mine did

Great products but too expensive to exchange

Great products but no exchange facility Exorbitantly priced returns I bought several products the wetsuit booties were very small I take a size 6 and the size 5-7 were too short for my feet Sadly it will cost me 35 of the cost to return them and then full postage to purchase a new pair as the exchange promised on the website making them very expensive The products are of good quality

Would have been 5 stars if the delivery

Would have been 5 stars if the delivery company Evri had delivered the drysuit on time The customer service is excellent It took Evri a week for an item to be sent overnight Gill at customer service answered my emails promptly phoned back and then chased the package She also let me know the drysuit could be returned at no cost if it was not wanted because it arrived after the event Have kept the drysuit and fleece as they are top quality and fit perfectly

Inadequate packaging

Fortunate that the item arrived unscathed As a heavy item surf padlock lock for car key storage a bubble like envelope really isn t adequate The corner had broken through and the cardboard packing of the actual item was damaged so I had to carefully unstick the tape on the product packaging to make sure the item wasn t damaged as it s a Christmas present which fortunately it wasn t I don t care what the packaging looks like I just want it to arrive in one piece so an old cardboard box or some cardboard packaging taped around it would be much more suitable

Decent website pricing and range Order picking packing seemed very slow Ordered over a bank holiday weekend so expected some delay as a result but dealt with on the next business day or so However it was unexpectedly shown as packing on the Sunday I ordered but not dispatched until the Thursday Disappointed with the delay without communication I do like the easily navigated website and that sizing is clearly accessible as across brands the sizing can and does vary widely

Quick service from the company only to he let down by Evri delivery service Paid extra for next day delivery but going by the tracking that won t be happening today When you pay for next day service that it what to expect to get

Wetsuit Outlet are good but product description lacked essential info

Good service and decent product as usual but on this occasion sup leash was not fit for the intended use- surfing in small waves The leash is very streamlined thin and has limited recoil- it is designed for flat water ONLY It is less than half the thickness of my existing Red Paddle Co leash This imfprmation should have been stipulated very clearly in the product description It wasn t So only buy this leash if you expect zero turbulence Absolutely not for any kind of surf conditions

Failed delivery but still good service

Unfortunately there was a problem with EVRI Delivery and my item never arrived In terms of customer service in this context 5 stars - communication response solution etc But I am unable to review the product

Let down by Evri

I ve used wetsuit outlet for a number of years a good choice of kit always at a good price and dispatched quickly but that s were it goes wrong they use Evri who normally deliver by leaving the package at our garden gate 50 metres from the house ready to be stolen but this time they excelled themselves by not even getting that far 13 days after dispatch they ve now admitted they ve lost the parcel

Brilliant store expensive returns

Great website brilliant service but the returns cost a fortune I would shop here again if it was cheaper or free to return but wouldn t go back now knowing the returns are 5 plus
