Let s hope yours isn t damaged

I received a damage panel I contacted them within their required 24hours I had to chase and chase to get any response I was offered a replacement but not for 3 weeks after the initial order had been placed Also refused to refund until they collected Again they can t collect for 3 weeks after the order was placed Product looks good but APPAULING service

Didn t even want to give this star f cking useless c nts this place my mum paid for a job to be done and they didn t show They came up with pish excuses saying there van broke down one day then the next one was oh we went to the wrong person now there saying the van didn t get fitted absolute joke of a company will be taken this further if my mum doesn t get her money back DONT USE

Very bad customer service

We ordered wet wall panels and decided to change our mind contacted the customer Care and cancelled it but we still received the delivery Told the delivery guy we have cancelled it he refused to take it back Since two weeks trying to return the product which is sitting at my home but they are not able to send a delivery guy Surprised with such bad customer service as no one picks the phone The person dealing with it is always unavailable Really unhappy with the service and no sign of refund

Very bad serice they sent me the wrong items which after trying all their phone numbers and email addresses with no response I got through and they informed me that they could not do anything as it was passed the 24 hour delivery window even though they have sent me the wrong items then they told me they were out of stock of what I ordered and there was nothing they could do absolute rubbish please do not trust them with your hard earned cash

Been waiting for almost a month for our

Been waiting for almost a month for our panels Builders ripped out bathroom weeks ago on the basis of ETA and now have not got access to a bathroom thanks to this lot They claim they tried to deliver when they did not So I can t comment on the quality of their products Hopefully this negative review will present them an opportunity to redeem themselves because at the moment I feel like I have been taken for a ride by con merchants

Ordered through related company wet wallsuperstore co uk although you wouldn t know it order has so far taken just short of 3 weeks to arrive and still not here yet There has been no correspondence from the company until I chased it unreachable at first though number on the website until through some googling found that wetwallworks also had stores in the same locations mentioned on the superstore website and called a branch whom initially knew nothing about the other website I got promised that it would arrive by the following Monday and had still not arrived by Thursday promised again to be here by Friday but as yet not delivery confirmation received would suggest staying away from this appalling company

Panels began peeling and flaking

Panels began peeling and flaking soon after they were installed I contacted the company who said my installer used too much silicone How on earth would silicone cause panels to flake They just didn t want to help I ve now had to fork out 400 to a tiler to cement board over the panels and tile using standard tiles as my shower is an absolute eye sore I wish I could attach photos to this review to show you how awful they look Very dissatisfied and a very expensive mess to sort out

The shower panel arrived scratched and

The shower panel arrived scratched and it was an addition to 3 shower panels that had previously arrived Customer service aggressively defended that the shower panel should be inspected within 24 hours who does that on a large job you wait for the fitters to open it and fit it I was present during the unwrapping and there was a clear scratch down the middle of the panel They were unhelpful and quite clearly work on this little clause to not support people with faulty goods I have claimed on my credit card for faulty goods but good companies should not behave like this when things go wrong and they are clearly at fault I would not deal with this company again
