Went to Hillington shop after a long search for the right style for my bathroom makeover Pricewise it s excellent value for high quality products The staff were excellent knowledgeable helpful and very patient even after I repeatedly phoned for extra supplies with daft lassie questions They talked me through everything I didn t understand Deliveries were quick and efficient I didn t hear the drivers at the door but they phoned both times to ensure delivery could take place Even helped me inspect things to ensure everything was present and correct David and Ross at the Hillington shop deserved lots of praise for helping me out I had already received my order and fitting was underway when there was a mishap with my existing toilet The boys quickly checked my previous order and got me a matching toilet and unit delivered within a couple of days Ross even checked the fittings to ensure the flush matched my chosen taps So everything coordinates I would have been too stressed to consider that wee detail so a huge thanks to the team Then I had an issue with trims the ones supplied didn t suit my joiner s new plan plus I needed an extra couple of boards David and Ross were happy to exchange the trims without any issues and provided additional supplies straight from the shop They are just the best If you want great customer service support and a good laugh speak to the guys at Hillington I would highly recommend them for all your bathroom needs

Fast delivery and great service The delivery driver was fantastic Only ordered a small amount of the 250ml boards and a corner trim Very happy with the quality

The staff at Hillington are amazing So helpful and friendly We ordered flooring for 3 rooms wet wall and wet room fittings including toilet basin shower tray and screen and fittings The advice given was excellent and helped to make our choices much easier Unfortunately due to rogue builders we had major issues with the wet room extension we had built but they helped us with replacement items giving every discount they could to help us with the situation we were in I had to pop back in on regular occasions and every time they could not be more friendly or helpful Whenever I had to phone they immediately knew who I was and were able to help out over the phone as well Delivery for any of the items was easily arranged to suit myself and they even dropped something off to me themselves just to help out I have been delighted with all of the products we have purchased and they have been happy to refund returns of unused items that we did not need I would highly recommend this company and David and Andrew who sadly no longer works there as he is pursuing another career now were just wonderful They helped us get through what was an exceptionally challenging time for us which was ongoing for about a year and I am so grateful to them

First class service fast post out and all you need to get the job done delivered within two days can recommend this company no problem at all and I don t think they can be beaten on price ether

I have never been one to fit PVC wet wall due to the weakness of the material that it use to be made of I called wetwall co uk by accident thinking that they supplied traditional wet wall The chap on the phone asked me to at least have a look at a sample before I made my mind up to which I agreed To my surprise the quality of the PVC wet wall was far superior to what I had used in the past and the quality far superior as well I now recommend this type of wet wall to all my customers and also remind them that with this good product they do not need to worry about bulges forming like MDF backed wet wall if not sealed properly or if the silicone eventually fails Excellent products folks keep up the good work Thank you for convincing me to try your products
