Fantastic customer service

I am so super impressed with this store I did attempt to buy wall panels locally but the customer service was shocking so I looked further afield I called wet wall works 3 times prior to ordering and the guys who answered the phone talked through everything Nothing was too much trouble I placed my order and the delivery came less than a week later The delivery man thought there was a parcel missing and I called wet wall and was blown away by their helpfulness It turned out 2 parcels were stuck together and the order was complete I called them back to let them know The product looks as expected but the customer service was beyond outstanding Well done to the wet wall team

Excellent customer service

I have to say this is without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received We ordered 2 panels one broke when being put in situ called wet works to order replacement however when replacement came it was a different colour called the guys they advised that the product had changed but would try and source one I Advised I had a joiner booked the following day Not only did they manage to source the one I needed but delivered that day with an additional board just in case can t remember the guys name in Hillington that I dealt with but extremely friendly and helpful Thanks guys you can now pick up the spare board lol

WWW were first class but although the

WWW were first class but although the haulier was speedy we received no notice of delivery and the package was left outside the dwelling without the delivery note being signed NOT GOOD Hauliers should always inform the customer who can then make arrangements to receive the goods WWW need to remind their haulier of this basic requirement

The guys in the Hillington store were a fantastic help from start to finish Even advising on best practice for install I also changed my design halfway through and ended up with some unopened boxes I was able to return for a full refund Will defo go back and have recommended to friends and family already

Terrific Customer Service

Just had some renovation work done to create our new shower room Alister from the Greenock store was very helpful when we were deciding on furniture shower etc and Liam with James did a great job in stripping out the old and fitting the new We are really delighted with the customer service we got Thank you Alister Liam James

Fantastic company

I absolutely love this company Dealing with Rupert and Gary has been an absolute joy I am extremely happy with the goods I have received and I am due to order something else shortly Their customer service is amazing I will 100 recommend them for shower panels and trims etc Trust me you will not be disappointed

Really impressed with service received from Wet Wall Works Ordered late Monday afternoon - delivered to Highlands Wednesday lunchtime and no excessive carriage charges either Still to install panels but so far so good

Excellent service Friendly staff who took time to show me wet walls and ceiling panels Helped with sizing and the whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent My new bathroom looks amazing and the wet wall I chose is great quality I would definitely use Wet Wall Works again and highly recommend
