this service has so many issues it s not even funny the mere fact that delivery and import tax will cost you as much as the product if not more is absurd I absolutely detest my experience and feel ripped off and defeated Would I do it again Yes Why Simple It s the only place to get truly authentic official merch membership and stuff I wish oh I wish they d get their affairs in order create an actual international customer service department used post office to mail figured out the import fee I will hope that will happen eventually but until that day I will continue crying my eyes out and pulling my hair off every time I want to get a membership kit After all I am but a rat following my Pied Piper and his enchanting melody P S to be fair most of the complaints here are due to people not reading thoroughly all the information regarding the products they purchase Granted the navigation of that information could be more user friendly but in all fairness it s all there if you read carefully Fair warning then it s important to go through FAQ about purchasing and all the small type info on the product page before finalizing the purchase P P S FYI there s a customer service number anyone can call So no need to wait for weeks for the message reply

I wrote an email to weverse regarding a purchase and still haven t responded

To be honest the shipping price is ridiculous if I want to buy a 10 merch I have to pay 28-36 for the shipping and then another 25 for customs I love BTS with my whole heart but their company should really do something about their shipping price Other than that the packages are obviously 100 official and come in great condition

I bought an Army Bomb shi h was 55 including the shipping But they did not say you would need to pay for customs tax too so i ended up paying 90 overall Guys if you have merch in your own country who sell authentic stuff please go there instead of buying from weverse because you will end up paying more

shipping timings and shipping fees could definitely be improved but i guess it is understandable in some form due to the pandemic i do think that the shipping fees are somewhat drastic compared to the USA pricing haha

I ve ordered from the weverse shop app multiple times since it was launched I bought the MOTS Persona album set BTS World album MOTS 7 album set and the Bangbangcon The Live ticket no shipping required so far All of these items were bought during pre-order periods I have never actually experienced any astronomical customs fees like many others have but I can say that the shipping is a little staggering especially when it s almost always half the price of the item or higher I know that BIGHIT have announced that they re opening warehouses in other locations in order to lower shipping fees but for now they re pretty high no matter what item you buy I still prefer using the official weverse app to other sites like Ebay when buying new releases because I know exactly what I m getting and the shipping has always been on time for me Overall Pros Always official items Description has been accurate for all my items High quality packaging Punctual delivery Cons High shipping costs Items sell out very quickly sometimes even before I get a notification from the app which is irritating

Bought as a Christmas gift for my mom as she is a big fan of BTS Satisfied and super excited for her to open it on Christmas I was starting to worry that it wouldn t get here on time after seeing all the bad reviews of people s stuff not being shipped out But luckily after about two weeks I received my item Rough estimate of how it went ordered on the 7th shipped on the 15th and received on the 23rd I would say shipping is a bit on the high end though and my package did come slightly dented on one side hopefully that doesn t affect the product Overall very happy with my purchase

I really love all my BTS items I ve received They are packaged with care You can tell it s great quality I am a Canadian customer willing to pay for these quality items but I ll have to agree shipping is a bit much plus duties on top of it And their customer service really do not answer your questions directly Other Than that they provide top quality BTS items

Ive ordered from the Weverse shop multiple times with varying results From a couple years experience here s what I d say to expect Albums always present merch really fast New merch limited edition a couple months I m pretty sure a lot of that stuff is technically on preorder and not produced when you order it Fanclub kits really depends on when you order and where you re from but half a year is a safe bet for the kits there s a production and shipping order going country by country for preorders then once all of those are sent out they move to order by order Most of the time I order from the US shop though I ve also ordered from the global one Shipping is really expensive however I presume it s because it s tracked and fast once it actually ships I wish they had more shipping options because the fees do get really high especially for those living outside America I think when it comes to the items on the shop themselves they re often overpriced I rarely buy anything from the shop other than the basics these days because the prices shipping are way too much 50 for a short sleeve shirt 40 for a wallet Ive even noticed the album prices have increased over the years

I only buy my BTS merch from Weverse Shop because it s the easiest way to get everything that I want it s the official shop after all What s really annoying is that when pre-order begins at 11am KST some items are kinda locked although it says it s up for sale and then it s suddenly out of stock before I could even drop in into my cart Also they don t stock up on bestsellers which is so stupid They d make so much more money if they wouldn t limit merch so much lmao I also really hate how they put photocards with REALLY expensive stuff that nobody needs like that horrible Butter Cardigan It feels like plastic I m really not happy about the customer service either most of the time they aren t really helpful sometimes they are though idk they replaced my damaged JK photocard It s also really annoying how they can t combine orders or that you can t put different items into your cart such as albums and BT21 merch for it to be shipped together And the shipping cost are astronomical for international buyers I mean if you want BTS merch you have no choice but to buy from there but Weverse could really do a better job
