No notice of need to verify concert ticket
Bought the One concert ticket for 10 10 Didn t see that there was crucial step of verifying the ticket nor received any link or prompting to click on a link for a different website the verification process Only found out about it on Twitter the day after the event Tried the link to get the delayed viewing and was prompted to purchase a new ticket In America this is called a scam and if it was a company here then I would file with the BBB to help prevent others from going through this scam

They simply don t care
I ve sent several messages to Customer Support about the shipping status of the Membership Kit It clearly states on the app that it will be shipped in the quarter following the quarter of purchase It s now well into the second quarter after purchase and still no sign of the Membership Kit My country is not on the list of affected countries and in December I received a separate purchase for Weverse without a problem It s so frustrating to see the release of the second Merch Box when so many people still haven t received the original Membership Kit Surely Weverse Shop can do better

Worst customer service
Worst customer service I had ordered some BTS lyric books back in July 2020 Come Oct 2020 I find out they had been sent and returned to Korea Now trying to get a refund for the last 60 days and they still have not paid me back They made their app so difficult to contacting for any kind of communication and when they said they would refund international transactions within 30 days they LIED it is now end of Dec 2020 I will be contacting VISA to report them for fraud Who would have thought a company linked to stock market listed Big Hit Entertainment would be so fraudulent Goes to show how corrupt these companies are in Korea

Does not ship to UK
It is extremely disappointing that Weverse Shop does not ship to the UK but does to the US I am not willing to pay double the price for items on other websites please sort this out weverse There are plenty of K-pop fans in the UK with the fanbases growing bigger over here and were missing out and it is completely unfair

I dont understand how can such billionaire company have such terrible shipping and customer service I think they take advantage of our love for bts but its not fair that even paying so much money for shipping sometimes shipping is more expensive than the actual product and still we dont get tracking code it takes months to arrive Sometimes things dont arrive at all Its a big scam

Return the UK to shipping list
Please ship to the UK There is a huge and passionate fan base here so it s not like there s a lack of fans to sell to and we re missing out on a lot Just trying to find BTS k-pop merch in shops here is a struggle and when you do actually find the odd BT21 item it s severely over-priced compared to what it would be if you bought it from the official shop which UK fans can t or in Korea Sure there s one Line Friends shop in Brighton but that s not exactly easy to get to for most people

Insanely Horrible Customer Service
On April 16 2020 I placed an order from Weverse a membership kit I waited the accustomed 6 months but now we are 10 months post purchase No merchandise a standard shipping soon notice in the order and no further details You can not speak to a human being they open a ticket and close the ticket when they send you an innnocuous note saying we check your order and it s shipping soon This is abominable customer service This might be acceptable in other parts of the world but not here Please clean up your customer service mess

Seven months waiting on a purchase to be delivered no ability to talk or email with a real person only updates to accounts is Shipping Soon You took my money within 30 seconds of ordering unacceptable to never receive what I ordered or even an acknowledgment that your waiting Made a second mistake by ordering an album that was to be shipped two days ago and I stuck in shipping soon hell If you can not handle the volume shut your doors and allow another company to do the job My patience has been exhausted

Weverse is a complete shambles
Weverse didn t complete the customs declaration properly I managed to get my tax back from the customs team but they won t refund my parcel force admin fee despite having a letter from customs saying they filled it out wrong That aside their customer service is terrible they send auto responses and never read what you re trying to say They re shipping times are slow you can be waiting months for something The shipping costs are outrageous and when you get something for free you have to pay for shipping They want international fans money but don t provide a good service

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY whether UK USA or anywhere else they have awful customer service and charge extortionate postage 30 for BTS pre-release CD and box and when it s not delivered they do not refund this even though it is THEIR fault if the item is returned from their customers for not filling in the forms correctly They do not seem to track the customer experience and you can be waiting months for anything to happen We originally ordered in October and will not refund until it is received back with them event though tracking online is very clear very sad -
