Considerable number of orders for JITB HOPE edition from Weverse Global USA still has not been shipped yet Delayed shipment will negatively affect charting result Plz make sure the shipment will be completed before August 24th

Simply Horrible

I was charged over 100 for shipping Ok understandable since it was 5 albums However the box arrived severely damaged Luckily the items were fine and all accounted for but 100 to have my box arrive looking like my neighbor s dog had a field day with it is unacceptable Reached out to customer service and they told me to contact the shipper for a refund How would the shipper refund me when I paid Weverse When questioned they just said Sorry we can t help you and closed the inquiry Horrible customer service

App not compatible with Motorola phone

I ordered and received the Seventeen Lightstick Version 3 I have a Motorola phone which apparently the app is not compatible with Unless I change my phone I won t be able to use it at the concert Not sure why this is happening when I m able to use the apps for every other light stick that I have on my phone Not happy about this

Luckily I have a Korean address because the shipping fees customs to the EU are beyond ridiculous More than 150 for 3 festa caps - I repeat 3 CAPS Also the membership kit takes forever to arrive and sometimes they don t even ship it at all Just open up a warehouse here already With all the money we gave you you should be able to afford it by now Oh right Europe is only good for fashion shows not for concerts dynamic pricing amirite or selling merch for reasonable prices My bad If it weren t for the guys we would have dropped y all long long ago

this company totally lost 2 of my orders the customer service site on their app would not allow me to hit the submit button to complete the concern about where my 2 orders have gone There is no one to talk with for a country as technologically advanced as SK this app is most disappointing It probably works well if you are Korean

Don t buy Talk with BTS or MotiPen doesn t work

And then bc of the terrible slow shipping you cannot return a defective product Ordered here for my ARMY daughter age 13 a Talk with BTS Korean language book which works best with a sold-separate MotiPen Total price well above 120 when you add shipping Pen arrived over 30 days before the books did No way you can test if it works MotiPen did not work - followed directions exactly They denied allow an exchange bc it was beyond the SEVEN day limit yet they took forever to send the books Won t be shopping here again BTS ARMY DESERVES BETTER

BTS fans deserve better

I ordered the army kit in august 2020 and they still have not shipped it over a year later I ordered the memories of 2019 and they wrote the incorrect postcode so it got returned took them 6 months to refund and only refunded when I contacted PayPal They consistently overcharge their customers may shipping way more than the shipping actually costs They also lie About the status of your order Awful company

Don t even bother with Weverse Shop Like many others have said numerous issues from abysmal customer service to outrageous shipping prices plus customs plague this e-shop like the Black Death and puts me and many others off it from ever buying anything from this store They refuse to take accountability for their customer s orders and only cater to their Korean fans I seriously don t understand how with over two years experience of running this app that they still can t provide adequate service There are much better kpop websites that help and provide adequate service to us the fans Seriously just don t bother with this app if you re not based in Korea
