WHEN Is WEVERSE going to start shipping to the UK again

I m really sad because the last time I was able to order something from this app was in October 2020 when I order the BTS album BE deluxe Edition it is already July 2021 and it still say cannot be shipped to you country and it also say it can t be shipped to your default address and to check my shipping address I really hope that can start shipping to the UK again because when I go to the app to check what new MERCH is out a couple of day after the new merch has soled OUT

waiting

i ve ordered the dream chapter eternity set all the way back in august 2020 and it s now march and i just got the email saying that it s shipped but when i go onto the website it says they don t ship to my country uk so i don t know if i should be happy or sad plus the fact that i ve paid 60 and the shipping was more that both albums combined and when i ask for a refund they say they don t give refunds so i m just praying it comes

Awful service

I ordered from them on the 21st April with the promise of my parcel being shipped on the 23rd It got to the beginning of May and heard nothing They did not inform any fans who ordered from them that there was a delay until they started getting sent messages asking what was happening Contacting their customer support is pointless they take over a week to respond and when they do it s such a generic response that there was no point in evening contacting them They then immediately close your customer service case so that you cannot question them further without opening another case My parcel was finally shipped and I understand there will be delays due to Covid-19 When it arrived in the UK I was then sent a letter informing me of a customs charge of 63 There is no information on their website app regarding customs fees and whether you can get a refund So not only did I spend nearly 200 on merch and a 30 shipping fee I now have to spend 63 on customs to even receive it I understand that customs fees are not up to Weverse but I have ordered from Asia numerous times and never had this My parcel is due to be delivered tomorrow after reluctantly paying the customs fee It s such a shame that they have such bad communication and customer services as they have such nice merch for their artists Do not order from here unless you re happy to wait months and pay a ridiculous amount

Great when it works terrible customer service

I ve purchased a number of items online concert tickets album preorder merch and online content Would have given 5 stars as they were all easy purchases and worked arrived with no problem But then one order didn t arrive as expected in late July through Youshop as the global store isn t shipping to NZ It turns out their customer service is a nightmare They only allow 300 character queries no email option and as soon as they respond they close off the query This means when your problem isn t fixed you have to start a new query and no one seems to read the historical messages so you get told the same thing again and again On the one occasion they looked at a previous query they must have realised the advice was wrong so they changed the answer As this is only kept on Weverse Shop I have no record of the original answer I now take screenshots everytime and still haven t found my goods that went missing or been refunded I have now applied for a refund through PayPal and it sounds likely they will be able to process the refund for me

I preordered BE and after awhile it

I preordered BE and after awhile it still hadnt come in It said it came to my country and province but then they sent it back I contacted DHL and they said it was returned to shipper The bot wont give me anything in customer service I dont know how or if ever I ll get my album I m really disappointed It just says its shipping but it s literally taken a trip around the world and went right back and I still dont have it in my hands

Absolutely gutted that after joining I can not purchase any products as I am in the U K I brought the membership but it didn t say they can t ship to U K I was so unaware of this until I tried to purchase some merchandise Now I m wondering if I should purchase the online concert just in case I can t access it

Delivery and Import Taxes ruin this experience

Honestly when I saw the pricing on TXT s Lightstick I decided I d buy it from Weverse and not elsewhere 31 5 Adding the shipment expenses 22 67 I then paid through PayPal 54 17 which to me was fine up until then about 46 14 The thing is once it arrives in your country you have to pay extra fees - 56 17 from Import Duties Resuming I paid 102 31 in total from which only about 26 83 concerned the item Therefore I would rather have paid more for the item and give it s profit to Big Hit or TXT at least I think they would deserve it Was considering adhering to the membership but all of these extra expenses are holding me back The order came in perfect conditions which is why I am giving it more than 1 star Please consider partnering with other delivery companies

Very expensive Army Bomb always unavailable

Never bought anything because the crazy shipment cost Its more expensive than the item itself like 38 euro for Italy Before ordering mind that you could also have to pay the custom so be sure about it before order something Reading all the reviews i would be very worried to buy anything The prices of the clothing are really expensive the Army Bomb is never available and you could buy it only if you have the membership Pls restock the bomb and low the price for the shipment

Just awful

I ve been a fan for 5 years and until this day I don t own any BTS merch Every time I even consider ordering something a quick look at the shipping costs reminds me why First of all I live in the UK and for years now Weverse Shop has been unable to figure out the shipping to this region despite other Korean companies doing so without issues The costs of delivery to Europe are absolutely outrageous and come close to the value of the product itself which is not cheap either They don t allow grouping orders occasionally possible for the products from the same line but regardless of the weight you ll have to pay a quite hefty extra for each product you add I ve purchased an ARMY membership few years back when you couldn t opt out of ordering an add-on gift and apart from taking over 6 months to reach my country the mess and extra fees I had to go through with the customs explaining the actual contents of a surprise gift box and the value of the order was an awful experience I was happy to hear a year after that I could choose an option to solely buy the membership so I renewed it for another year only to get no benefits whatsoever To be exact I did get access to 1 photo shoot and a bunch of discounts that I couldn t use anyway like 4k streaming for online performances and presale for US concerts That is not to mention that many products sold on the app become unavailable within minutes after release because the stock never matches the demand Also although I was unable to find information if Weverse is the official supplier of BTS albums to the UK retailers such as HMV seeing how overcharged the UK fans are getting for the same very basic product is doing nothing to ease the feeling of frustration Awful company with no organisation and consideration for its customers 2 stars only because they do ship the products delayed and in a weary state because of the weak packaging but hey at least it gets sent out
