Customer service is terrible
The reason I give it 3 stars is because of the following reason s PROS - Legit and good quality merchandise never had any problems with orders - You build up cash and rewards within the appCONS - Customer service is terrible It can take a week for them to respond They are not consistent with their answers They are not clear in their answers There was also an issue with middle names They stated you HAVE TO have your middle name on your Army membership card and on your account etc if you want to join events Army asked if it is really necessary and everyone got different answers from customer service They also have not provided a clear answer or an option to solve this There was only a weird solution to change your name if you accidentally inserted your last name in the first name section etc They handled this poorly I feel like their staff barely speaks English they always give vague or copy paste answers For a billion dollar company it s disappointing they don t put some more effort into making their customer service on par - High shipment costs I heard BigHit has announced that they will lower the shipping costs but for now it s really expensive Besides the shipping cost we also have to pay customs so we end up paying a minimum of 40 euro per order alone
