Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible Contacted customer service 4 times for an order confirmation Told my products would arrive last week and they never showed up Zero communication from the company No idea when they will turn up Would definitely avoid this company in the future

Ordered chairs over 4 months ago still not received Didn t have the seating in time for xmas day Support say they cannot control global shipping issues and that thats in the T C s somewhere that the date can change Most they will offer me is a 5 discount whilst I still await delivery of chairs

I never received the product I ordered months ago Delayed numerous times Eventually received notification it would be sent by DPD then they returned to the warehouse without attempting to deliver to me The helpdesk staff then said it would be turned around immediately and I ve heard nothing since

Avoid buying from this company

Avoid buying from this company Absolutely shocking customer service Impossible to return anything They just repeatedly fob you off Bought an item of furniture weeks ago and asked for return process Said they would send a courier on a specific day No one turned up Now not responding at all Now a few hundred quid out of pocket with an item we don t want or need

Ordered 2 additional chairs to match my existing purchase from Where Saints Go Chairs are an entirely different finish and colour Customer supports attitude was return them at my cost wait until after Christmas and the next batch that come in might match better I had already waited months for them to ship and needed the chairs Really disappointed with the product and customer service Won t be buying anything from them again Best avoided if you plan on placing more than 1 order -

Item looked nothing like the picture once delivered Returns process painful with over 20 messages back forth it s still not been arranged for collection

Bought 2 leather bar stools costing

Bought 2 leather bar stools costing over 300 10 months ago Stools were lovely however less than a year in and one of the stools the leather covering has come off the button so I now have a red plastic button instead or a leather covered one showing Great Got in touch with customer service to be told nothing they can do as only 6 month manufacturing warranty and to go and get this repaired by a local upholstery company Not great customer service I wouldn t invest in any furniture with this company for this reason Stick to quality suppliers with good customer service policies for after purchase after care Very disappointed won t use again

Delivered a damaged chair to us then

Delivered a damaged chair to us then trying to send back the damaged chair is a nightmare When we tried to sort for them to pick up the damaged chair they suggested my partner take the chair with him to work as they needed someone in the house all day for the dpd collection My partner stayed all day on site no one ever showed up - when I emailed apparently this is because dpd is busy Ridiculous service

Received poor quality goods two of the four items were smashed upon arrival Asked about a return was told to use website which didn t work Asked again and a return issue was raised I responded as asked and now five days later still no response Terrible customer service
