Nice chair but arrive damaged

The is an attractive chair but I was disappointed to find that it arrived with significant scratching down the sides of the painted bars which reveals the chrome colour underneath The damage definitely didn t occur during shipping because it was wrapped in a substantial amount of packing material For a 170 chair you would expect better handling

You get what you pay for

I bought a pair of wishbone dinning chairs second pair and when recieved on first inspection there was wood splinters and rough sawn edges on legs and connecting section the resin I haven t returned or spoke to them as I recieced the first set on dinning chairs and they where wrong colour and took nearly two weeks to get it sorted as there customer service is so dated and slow you recieve 1 message per day if your lucky so if you have few questions then this is the wrong way to go about dealing with it No one rings you back unless it s a sales enquiry so if you have issues you have to deal with there old customer service procedures I ve never bought a chair from a retailer in worse condition I ve photos to prove so if customer services wants the can email me looking for them as I wouldn t be bother to go through there ranks again to complain and returning items is 25 per item so the money I saved buying these over a more finished product wouldn t been a savings at all I really wish I spend the extra 50-70 on other chairs that would ve looked and felt much better The old saying you get what you pay for was so true in this instance

I was surprised with the packaging of the chair The unattached back of the chair wasn t wrapped at all and was bashed with the Allen key

I ordered the stools in April and had to wait absolutely weeks for them I did call them before I ordered and was told that they would be a few weeks They arrived last week I thought they were made in UK but they re not The colour is completely different Also much lighter than expected I have left a couple of messages but no response

Colour of chairs is very different to images I tired to ask for additional pictures but this wasnt possible to now have to pay for returns

Poor quality long delivery wait

Not great we ordered an expensive set of chairs and not only did it take an age to arrive the chairs themselves have defects in the steel work and sloppy assembly - not what you expect when paying a high price tag

Great Products Problematic Supply Chain

Purchased 2 x Brooklyn stool in blue Expected delivery early September so was really surprised to receive them very early Very well packed and secure delivery but odd products were picked Different sized stools and different colour seats - one blue one green Customer services were excellent and organised a replacement A new frame was sent out and received within days The seat was delayed and would be in at the end of the month Advised customer services that we would be on holiday and asked if they could hold delivery until 1st Sept They agreed Received two notifications one advised the seat would be delivered today and a second advising it was with the courier We are not home to receive it Customer services have been really good However the pickers warehouse dispatch team are causing real issues for clients of this company Products are very good which means the errors with selection and delivery are all the more saddening I hope this company rectifies these problems

Inefficient but made amends

1 Order placed online on 7 12 232 My written instruction was for delivery on 2nd January 2024 see ticket X5PZD 3 I spoke to their office to confirm this and was assured this instruction would be carried out4 I received email from DPD on 11 12 23 indicating they were expecting my order5 I again rang their office to be assured that this was an error and delivery would be made on 2 1 246 I received an email on 30 12 23 from DPD saying they would deliver today between 10 54 - 11 547 DPD did NOT come at all but instead I got an email saying We re sorry we missed you 8 I changed delivery date to 2 1 24 as originally requested and item was finally delivered 4 1 24 I commend the reply from Where Saints Go in which they have taken full responsibility and apologised Few companies would respond in this way and I would be very happy to buy from them again

Maybe check your emails I had an issue with one of the seats and emailed on day of delivery with photos of the problem no reply or response in about 5 weeks
