Poor quality products

Ordered a new office chair approximately two and a half months later it turned up I can t honestly remember having being so disappointed with a product I ve purchased Backrest for the chair torn free from its fasteners no leather arm rests despite showing these on the original product photo all castors welded on at various incorrect angles weld spatter all over the legs arms and base of chair Extremely poor product customer service agent initially informed me I would have to pay for return eventually returned at their cost to add insult to the transaction I had to wait approximately 10 days for a refund Save yourself the hassle and either go to a local shop or buy somewhere you can actually see the product

My order has not arrived plus radio silence

My order has not arrived even though I have now waited for two months and it was supposed to be with me by the beginning of November I ve had no updates from the company and it is literally impossible to contact them Phones are not being answered and live chat is switched off Since this review was published the company has contacted me and given me a refund and explained there was an issue with my order

We pre-ordered some Wishbone bar stools

We pre-ordered some Wishbone bar stools which were delivered within the time frame specified One was the wrong colour but this was rectified quickly with collection of the incorrect item and delivery of the new one The reason for the negative review is that after just a couple of months of use the colour is fading on the foot rest - we have never worn shoes on them just barefoot socks When reaching out to customer service we were told this was just general wear tear and even expected When paying 180 for a bar stool you expect the quality to reflect this and not have paint fading after just a couple of months use

Rusty metal bar stools

Initially chair looked good although some scratches on the metal frame that weren t ideal However after having owned the two bar stools for 9 months noticed have started to rust quite badly Trying to scrub the rust of you re left with lots of dark spots 300 for 2 chairs and they already looking old and rubbish I emailed customer support who while were very quick to reply said they were out of the 6 month manufacturing warranty We were told we could ship them back and our own cost and they would try an repair Wouldn t buy anything from them again their items may look nice but obviously don t last

Beautiful bench but delivered to the wrong address

I ordered a pommel dining bench from Where Saints Go The bench itself is gorgeous I m really happy with it But the bench was delivered to a completely different address an active construction site in a totally different location and I wasn t told about it at all Thankfully someone at the address contacted me and I picked it up But I had to take time off from work to do it There are a couple of barstools I d love to buy from Where Saints Go but I m really nervous where they ll be delivered to ETA Where Saints Go responded to me really promptly gave me a partial refund and the offer of a discount on a future purchase Really positive customer service experience thank you so much

Lovely fabric and cushion but unstable legs

While the fabric of the chair is a beautiful colour and texture and looks very elegant unfortunately the legs are not good Despite attaching them properly we triple checked they would splay out every time someone even a small sized person sat on the chair and also the chair would move back an inch or so I m very surprised that the legs are not more robust and stable so we are having to return it instead of buying 5 more chairs like we intended for our new 6-seater table

Item sent in poor condition for brand

Item sent in poor condition for brand new stool - lots of scuffs and scratches unfortunately Complaint return process via online form not user friendly at all cannot attach photos Really hope WSG can resolve my issue as stool is lovely otherwise and very comfortable

Product great - delivery poor

Everything was great until delivery The delivery men were in such a hurry that despite my request for help I am unwell they couldn t leave quick enough leaving the chair where I had to deal with it to get into the bedroom The chair was well wrapped but required the cardboard to be cut to access the contents Inside was a note saying to keep packing intact as it would be required for any returns Not very helpful when I had already had to destroy packaging to access the chair My advice if ordering on line is to read the delivery options - apparently you pay a bit extra but can request the assistance you need Having said all of that I would buy from where saints go because the product a chair is exactly as ordered and very good quality

Ordered an armchair expecting home

Ordered an armchair expecting home delivery as you would expect with sofa delivery Advised by courier it is curbside delivery I m left to arrange for someone to be onsite to help the driver bring the armchair inside Haven t seen the armchair yet therefore cannot comment

Chair is good quality and how I wanted

Chair is good quality and how I wanted but the site advertises it as max 7 days delivery and it took over 2 weeks I therefore didn t have it in time for my family coming to stay
