One of the bar stools was broken on arrival and they were far smaller in diameter than the dimensions advertised On the plus side the collection and return was handled efficiently with no quibbles but I am still awaiting the refund

The chair I ordered arrived in a timely fashion and although there was nothing fundamentally wrong it just wasn t right for us On trying to return I found the service to be rather rude unfortunately Other than that it was fine Sadly didn t leave me with the best experience

Really nice bar stools but not packaged well Legs are slim pointed metal and had come through cardboard box in transit One leg had lost plastic foot - fortunately found it in packaging and reattached it One leather seat has a small flaw in it - hopefully won t get any worse over time

Placed order for desk lamp only to be told that parcelforce had messed up the delivery and there were no more in stock in that colour Customer services were very helpful in suggesting an alternative colour to be sent by DPD Next day told this colour not in stock either To their credit they processed the refund very quickly but this was a whole week wasted waiting for items that clearly weren t in stock in the first place I think they need to do better to update stock availability both on their website and with their customer services team

Overall I like my new bar kitchen island stool from Where Saints Go Unfortunately I don t think the packaging it was sent in sufficiently protected it as there are some small areas of damage i e scuffs and a cut in the material along the seat edge I also think the leather is a faux leather or something similar I should have read the product description a bit better That s fine but for the cost I was expecting a bit better on quality I potentially could have contacted customer services but the annoyance of repacking it and organising to post it back put me off

A difficult review Ordered a chair that arrived damaged It happens Where Saints Go quickly arranged for collection of the damaged item and a replacement was sent with more damage than the first To be fair I suspect the courier who is clearly thrashing boxes around - the legs of the second chair have punctured the box completely Getting a full refund this time So although its been a bad experience i e we havent got the chair we wanted comms etc from the company have all been good to sort out the problem overall Cant obviously give 5 star but they saved themselves from 1 star by their decent customer service

I ordered four wishbone chairs back in March and have only just taken delivery in September Very pleased with them but lengthy delays in shipping proved a bit of a disappointment I fully understand issues with shipping and supply chain issues and they did give me a small refund for the inconvenience I would recommend WSG for the products but hope they can sort speedier deliveries moving forward

The product is great So pleased with my chairs However the delivery from DPD was awful The delivery man wouldn t help me take the boxes upstairs one flight to my apartment I had to carry all 6 boxes which although were light were almost as tall as me He just disappeared without a goodbye when I carried the first box upstairs Super disappointing experience

For some reason I didn t receive my order They were quick to respond to messages and when I asked for a refund they authorised it

Firstly our Brooklyn dining chairs are lovely Delighted with them The reason for the 3 star review is because we found communication with the company rather frustrating When the chairs arrived one of them unfortunately had a leg out of alignment and consequently a real wobble The issue is now resolved and we have 6 perfect chairs but only after some frustrating chat bot exchanges e mails and eventually hurrah one phone call with a real live human who was able to confirm that the wobbly base would be replaced Sadly when it arrived the box contained 2 gold chair bases rather than one black one More chat bot sessions and e mails followed no one was there to answer the phone and we have finally received the correct item We re still very pleased with the chairs and in terms of quality would definitely order from Where Saints Go again but it would be good if the company could review their communication processes to enable customers to get in touch more easily
