I ve used Whisky Auction a few times now The website works really well and the auctioning system is very clear and easy to use Clear fee breakdown at the end What s most impressive is that they consistently ship orders very quickly within a day or so of the auction ending and lots are always very well packaged in recycled materials and in immaculate condition as per description as some lots do have some wear and tear declared Highly recommended

Great first experience I have used one other auction site which is also good but I like the way this one defines the auction end as well as provides real time visibility of the auction count down Products were packed immaculately matter fact so well that it was quite annoying unpacking but better safe than sorry

Whisky Auction provide a great service from the point of registration auction activity and then finally to completion of any purchases including delivery I have not yet used them to sell but their offering seems very comprehensive

Straight forward in every way

The transaction was straight forward and delivery made within ten days Bottles were well packaged I do think the commission is quite steep though but it doesn t put me off - you don t get great service for free after all

The whole process is quite simple Like any other auction you choose what you want to bid on place your bid and chose an upper limit and then wait You are given daily updates on the auction lots when you have been outbid and gives you the opportunity to bid again Should you be lucky enough to win you are told exactly what you need to pay including commission and P P The rest is done for you so sit back and wait for your winning bids to arrive
