The teaching is good and refreshing for me because I have left care for over two years and when they were teaching me they made me to refresh my skills and even made me to learn a lot of my mistakes

Worst training I ve ever done in 20 years I do this training 3x a year for different years Got everyone s name wrong which is annoying Patronising in the way it was delivered tone of voice as if we are stupid or don t understand Usually you learn something new as things change

This training is not adapted for Zoom

This training is not adapted for Zoom it is designed for small groups not 40-50 people online It means that you have to listen to the trainer for 6 hours a day for 5 days which is hard going

Very nice lady Classes didn t have to go on for as long lots of side tracking Sat in silence all day listening from 10am

Overall positive training

The training is adequate albeit basic however the large class sizes make it very disengaging I found myself not paying attention turning off my camera and getting on with other things because the noise from other participants was too overwhelming and frustrating I found myself not wanting to talk to people wanting to shout at people to mute Others did actually start shouting on the last day which made it a bit more fun I suppose Class sizes should be limited to 15 at the most but I get that it s all about maximising profit I think this perhaps speaks more to the calibre of those being trained rather than the trainer - although there were a few too many sexist and political comments for training

Positive very informative and although this would have normally have been face-to-face the trainer did really well to deliver this trainingNegative Think it might have been helpful to have gone over Zoom etiquette at the start - there was lots of chatter going on Videos did not play
