Overall positive training

The training is adequate albeit basic however the large class sizes make it very disengaging I found myself not paying attention turning off my camera and getting on with other things because the noise from other participants was too overwhelming and frustrating I found myself not wanting to talk to people wanting to shout at people to mute Others did actually start shouting on the last day which made it a bit more fun I suppose Class sizes should be limited to 15 at the most but I get that it s all about maximising profit I think this perhaps speaks more to the calibre of those being trained rather than the trainer - although there were a few too many sexist and political comments for training

I have had a had an awesome time with

Positive very informative and although this would have normally have been face-to-face the trainer did really well to deliver this trainingNegative Think it might have been helpful to have gone over Zoom etiquette at the start - there was lots of chatter going on Videos did not play

The training was quite informative

Good casual but fairly informative training provided by Tony The only thing that is worth pointing out is the trainer s approach towards questions It was slightly unprofessional at times in my opinion He would start laughing even before the learner would finish his hers sentence I think that could potentially leave the student feeling insignificant or humiliated in front of others No such thing as a stupid question should be remembered in providing such service and maybe the trainer should reflect on his approach

Very helpful training and lovely trainer

The training was quite informative The facilitator knows her staff exceptionally well However I felt there was a lot of detail for one to grasp within the allocated time as such that some notes would come in very handy if that can be arranged

I enjoyed the first day of the rapid

I enjoyed the first day of the rapid induction training with Tony as it was very interactive which made it fun and memorable The second day I found difficult as it was basically just listening to Debbie talk She was very knowledgeable and informative however but I found concentrating on a computer screen all day very difficult In general I feel reassured that my company are providing such intense training However I am also completing much of this induction training in singular training sessions So I m wondering why the need for so much

Definitely doesn t need to go on for as long Such basic information stretched out when not needed however does teach all aspects Such a struggle just sitting listening to someone talk for that long
