Love the bamboo toilet paper Very soft excellent for sensitive bottoms Only problem is storing them all as you have to buy in bulk Have also been buying the tissues and paper towels for a while sometimes direct from WGAC and sometimes from anther online retailer when getting other things as you can buy them individually These used to be bamboo as well but are now made from recycled paper This hasn t noticeably affected the softness or performance of the tissues but I am not impressed with the paper towels - they are nowhere near as strong and are also smaller but still the same price

Great service from WGAC but only 4 stars because only one item out of two arrived However it was promptly resolved and a replacement sent I think it was because the two packages were tied together with card strapping and the courier didn t handle it very carefully and the two boxes separated

We are glad we can use toilet paper that is made from sustainable bamboo forests The tissue is pretty soft and does its job well I recommend it

I love the mission of your company and sense of humor but in all honesty I don t find your products as soft as I would like them to be I just bought tissues for the first time and they are hard compared to my prior brand Kirkland at Costco I will continue to use them since my commitment to others is more important but I d like the products more if softer

Love the ethos behind the company which is why I buy from here The fun wrappers on the TP are a bonus too Good value for money also I ve been buying from Who Gives a Crap for a while now and plan to continue for the foreseeable Toilet paper isn t the softest on the market but still high quality so generally a very happy customer

I bought 2 bundles of 24 for Christmas gifts so not used yet nor have I subscribed The 4 stars are for delivery and email confirmation although one of the boxes was damaged

Fantastic concept Saving the planet and helping fellow humans at the same time Packaging is brilliant and joyful It came very very quickly after ordering in an equally joyful box For me the recycled toilet paper is a little thinner than I m used to only reason for 4 not 5 star so I m going to try the bamboo premium next time although I prefer the idea of recycled just to see I m using the kitchen roll too which is great

UPDATE Who Gives A Crap reached out after I emailed and posted this review They ve done everything they outlined in their response to make things right Once I get through my giant stockpile of toilet paper I will order again That may take a year or so we ll see But yeah 4 stars because I like the product and they made things right to rectify the situation as soon as they could One star off because the situation happened after already contacting them once about a canceled order that was processed and sent before At first I thought this was great The toilet paper is high quality and no chance I d run out I ve had orders shipped TWICE now after supposedly delaying my subscription I live alone and the suggested amount is far more than I use After the first one I was told they couldn t cancel the order but my subscription was paused Lies Another order just shipped even though I went into my account a few days ago to confirm my subscription was paused It said my next shipment was in May However I woke up to a notification from my bank that a payment to them went through I won t even be living at the shipping address when it arrives I will be disputing the charge have to wait til it s no longer pending and reached out to the company but if my last interaction with them is any indication it will not be resolved to my satisfaction

My very first experience orderwas under par however once I reported this Who Gives A Crap responded with a prompt replacement Thank you

This is our third year of being supplied by this company and their product and service has been very good Based on that it would have been a five star review but they are a little more expensive and maybe I am a little old fashioned but I hate to have a delivery with crap written all over it and I have never found toilet humour amusing
