The shipping carton wasn t very sturdy

The shipping carton wasn t very sturdy and wasn t securely taped so the contents were a little disheveled - it looks like FedEx re-taped the box after it spilled open so that it could continue on I suggest a more robust packaging - FedEx can get a little rough sometimes

Premium TP is a dream best for me best for the planet

I absolutely love the premium toilet paper which I ve been buying for a couple of years now so handy to have a box of TP available all the time and the reminders from WGAC are friendly and easy to change at any time My ONLY gripe is that I really loved the aesthetic of the old packaging the new ones just don t do it for me but I guess that s personal choice It certainly won t stop me ordering again in about 6 mo when I run out

Love the brand didn t love this last delivery

Absolutely love everything about this company However this last delivery arrived a bit mangled with a handful of rolls squished and the outer paper ripped It s TP so we are rolling with it but I d say the updates to both the TP and the wrap seem to be more delicate than previous rolls

Be very careful with a subscription They ship without any notice at all That said I am updating my review as they adjusted my account after I reached out to them regarding this problem Please be sure to talk to them about notices prior to shipping They were really helpful

Good toilet rolls Poor tissues

Happy with the bamboo toilet rolls delivery and packaging However really won t bother with tissues again The tissues seem to have a lot of waste space in the boxes and address expensive compared to other brands Will just look to bulk buy tissues elsewhere

Great Idea

I think bamboo toilet paper is a GREAT idea I love being kinder to the earth I like the softness of the toilet paper even though it is thinner than I expected My order came within a few days I also ordered a bar of shampoo which is wonderful Only giving 4 stars because of the excessive amount of packaging used to add the shampoo bar to the order

I m always happy to support recycled

I m always happy to support recycled anything and this company strives to do great things There have been a few hiccups of late and the TP is now wrapped in super flimsy paper which makes it a bit more difficult to stack and store without the outer paper coming off But that s a minor tic in the greater good

I used to like the wrapping on the rolls Now the patterns are uglyPastel dots swirls Go back to previous patterns Also too many emergency roll Disappointed

Toilet paper good kitchen roll poor

Bamboo toilet paper absolutely fine always used to buy Andrex equally as good as Andrex and would recommend With regard to the kitchen roll stay clear woefully inadequate not even as good as as low cost supermarket own brand Very disappointed Will keep the subscription on the toilet paper but the kitchen roll I ll give it a miss

The actual product is great but

The actual product is great Though the quality of the kitchen towel is not as good as it was It tears very easily and doesn t seem as absorbent If you want to add to your subscription the website is very difficult to navigate and we were still left without the additional item added on - though customer services were helpful in adding it on We were also sent the wrong product which was sorted but took a week for the correct box to arrive All together we are becoming disappointed and will be cancelling our subscription
