This is a very corrupt company and they do nothing but scam you They deserve 0 stars They are from China by the way but use an LA address for shipping And then they tell you if you want to return the item you have to return it to China and it would cost so much money it s not worth it I said give me an address and I will figure out how much it cost me and if it s worth it They refused to give me an address to where I can return the dog bed I ordered a large dog bed that was over a 100 Their items are not as advertised I ordered 3 separate items from them with the biggest expense being the 100 dog bad And all 3 were extremely poor quality with no stuffing in the bed s They are almost flat and they misrepresent their items with false reviews and good photos When I received the item it was super cheap thin flimsy hardly any stuffing and something you probably could get out of 5 store I wrote to them and asked for my refund since their website says that they will give you refunds If you were not satisfied They sent me a letter offering money off instead of the refund I wrote another letter stating that no I would like my refund as their website states They continued to refuse to give me an address where I can return my item This wet back-and-forth for about 2 months They continued to refuse to give me an address as well as They did not deal with my complaint that their website has 5 star reviews and when I try to leave a legitimate review it kept saying that my purchase could not be verified While the almost 200 I spent that got deleted from my bank account count s verification to me I asked them over and over to verify my purchase or tell me how I was able to leave a review and they completely ignored my emails regarding that Since they were out of the country I was not able to leave a Yelp or Google review I am glad that I found this site to post about them They really need to be shut down This is a SCAM from China people beware

I purchased some Christmas garland from this company back on November 16 2021 I have never received the items nor do they respond to their customer service emails so now I m having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back

Chinese Scam
I ordered a dog bed on November 14 2022 The website says shipped from the US and delivery by FedEx or UPS 3 to 5 days I finally tracked my order down sitting in a sorting facility in dongquan China It took about 2 weeks before it was picked up by Yun Express I got notice it was delivered and the order showed completed I contacted them and was told I hit something wrong and everything was fine I would still be able to track it I googled the YE tracking number and got nothing then I went to their website and saw they had created a pickup label for USPS on the 24th of November I kept checking the tracking number and the package still hasn t been turned over to USPS When I was deciding between a bed from Willhappys and MrFurryfriend I chose Willhappys solely on the color I got a reminder from MrFurryfriend offering another 10 off I looked at shipping and they mentioned customs and duty I asked if they were in China They didn t answer I asked again and they said they are in the Netherlands but they ship from a warehouse in China Shame my dog has developed arthritis and I was looking for a good bed that could help Instead I am in a run around with the Chinese and it appears all these beds are made by the same company

We purchased the XXXL bed for our new puppy who will be large when full grown The picture shows this bed very full and fluffy The bed has next to no filler in it I would not recommend this bed at all We are going to purchase a different one from a different company

DON T PURCHASE FROM WILLHAPPYS SCAM ARTISTS could give this company zero stars
If I could give this company zero stars I would DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM They are a scam I purchased a product I wanted to return and never opened the package and told them I wanted to return it I was so disappointed with their customer service that it was worth 35 for me to return it After numerous emails they keep trying to have me keep the product SERIOUSLY I want a refund I m still waiting for a response DON T TRUST THEM

I tried to cancel my order the next day within 24 hours as I never Received an email about my purchase I sent several emails It has been delivered 89 00 for a really cheap dog bed No stuffing Trying to return websites says yes but they want me to pay to send it back 35 or refund me 10 and keep it DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Total scam Can t leave a review on their website

Flat bed - Fighting for a refund
Disappointed in the larger model of the bed and super frustrated with lack of customer support The sides aren t raised and the fluff in the middle of the bed separates when my pup laid on it so much so that his nose touched the ground when he laid on the side of the bed It s more of a slightly fluffy mattress - also not 6in high as described online My pup is not is a big fan neither am I After trying to fluff it up prop it up and try to get him to use it for two weeks I contacted customer service to see how I could send it back Instead of offering a complete refund they offered a small percentage and told me to keep it It s been alot of back and forth trying to get my money back - at first to put towards a different model - one with more support Now I just want my money back and I want to move on The refund verbiage on the website leads you to believe it s a very easy 48hr process as long as you have a legit claim and meet the timeline As I unfortunately approach the two week mark I can assure you that promise is not true I also submitted a honest review on the company website - it hasn t been added for other customers to see Buyer beware
