Like others I ordered online 10 days ago now No dispatch notice just endless platitudes about on the way soon I shall shortly be asking for a refund and contacting my credit card company if that doesn t swiftly appear I also wish I had read reviews before ordering but having purchased from the boutiques before I assumed they were reputable

Worst client service ever Telephone doesn t work emails answered either late or they do not answer to ur questions Ordered something since July 2024 and until now problem I have with wolford was not solved

Terrible customer service

I contact wolford s about some tights that I had bought that were extremely uncomfortable They admitted that yes there was a manufacturer fault with these tights but to get a replacement or refund I had to post the tights to them in Austria I asked if the postage costs would be refunded and they said no that was my responsibility It would cost me 20 to post them recorded delivery to Austria I m very annoyed by their terrible customer service

Just no refund

They don t refund me after the parcel has been returned over custom problems It has been two months since I made this order and there s still no solution They have serious problems with absolutely every process so I definitely won t buy anything in this shop again

Fraudulent business Stay away

This company needs to be investigated by the fraud office Just reading these reviews is shocking and aligns with my experience with these fraudsters I ordered a body for 150 which is extremely expensive but I bought similar years ago and the quality was good at that time They tried to charge 64 for postage after stating free post It went back to them and they acknowledged receipt of goods This was August 3rd it is now 21 10 and MULTIPLE emails and no refund despite agreeing to it Accounting issues allegedly FRAUD by deception is what it is Their CEO is new Regis Rimbert also doesn t respond to complaints Shocking behaviour DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE I m opening a case with small claims court and this will damage their credit rating in the UK Scammers

Scam Dishonest company No communication

I ordered an expensive body on 30 October 2024 and Wolford immediately debited my credit card However I never received any order confirmation in writing or shipping information from Wolford I tried to contact Wolford multiple times about this issue The customer service telephone number is not working Also emails are bouncing back undelivered I contacted Wolford via Instagram and was informed that they are facing major challenges with our logistics which has affected some delivery timelines In view of these serious problems why is the Wolford online store continuing to accept new orders It feels like a huge scam Luckily PayPal accepted my claim and refunded me Never again will I shop in Wolford after this awful experience

Please don t order from this company They didn t deliver the order and no refund after 2 months They have now blocked my email id hence no way of communication This company should be checked by the trading standards

I never received an order confirmation and it is not possible to contact Wolford- the mail adress and phone numbers doesn t work I can read that others experienced the same If I do not reveive my order I plan to report Wolford to the police I hope Wolford is reading this
