Excellent Quality Swimsuit

About 4 years ago I bought a swimsuit from this site and it s still in excellent condition It came as pictured and fit true to size

I was so iffy about buying from this site I purchased my swimsuits before i ran across this page However i did the two shipping and it came in two days

I tried to cancel an order the day

I tried to cancel an order the day after I placed it and was told I couldn t because it was already shipping and she convinced me to wait for the order and then just return it When I asked if there was free returns she said of course as long as you use our return label that will be emailed to you so I decided to wait and then I would return the order First of all It didn t ship for 4 more days then when I tried to return the items they want to charge me 10 99 for shipping When I reached out via chat and email I also shared screen shots of the conversation where their associate told me the return would be free They are refusing to honor the information that I was given and even hung up on me during a chat Terrible customer service and YES they do charge you fees to return so don t let them tell you otherwise Will never order from them again

Do NOT buy from this company unless you are willing to wait a month for them to fill your online order They LIE about how long you have to wait They do NOT respond to emails There is a 30 minute wait to speak with a customer service representative and they cannot cancel your order once it s processing It s been more than two weeks and all I get are empty promises They are breaking federal regulations on Mail Internet and Telephone Merchandising

If I could leave no stars I would Product was damaged customer services is less than helpful they are comfortable keeping payment for products that arent as advertised Be Cautious shop elsewhere if you have expectations

I paid extra for express shipping They charged my credit card on 6 29 23 when I placed my order They then charged my credit card on 6 30 23 and credited me back the original charge thus adjusting the shipping arrival date SCANDAL Items arrived on 7 5 23 I called and they said it was due to the holiday I think not
