Support - not forthcoming
Unfortunately the support is absolutely unreliable I have been trying to contact the support team and the sales team regularly for several months but have never received a reply It doesn t matter whether I wanted to extend my subscription or just needed technical help I was ignored every time so we are now cancelling Workplace and switching to the better competitor Google Workspace I think it s sad that this is how they treat customers - whether it s via chat email or the contact form you just don t get an answer

My experience is for people to use zoom workplace if need and for extra learning
The teacher we have which is called Luke Collins is incredibly in teaching English every week and he is very polite To be honest the customer service needs more experience in understanding because we asked about are lessons and it took four tries to get them to understand
