Product ordered but not received

Hello I ordered order number 143502 on their website on the 22 07 2021 when I was in vacation when I came back from the vacation I saw on the tracking that the package was delivered at my local up point and was picked up at my name this is impossible because I was in vacation in south of France when I see the hour that the package was picked up and I live in north of France there is something like 1200km difference between south and north of France so I contacted them they firstly responded me pretty fast something like around 4hours to say that they have a proof of receipt at my name thing that I repeat impossible and I can proove it so I replied them and now it s been 4 days that they don t respond to me I really feel like they don t want to help me this is a very expensive order for me and there is a gift for my friend in and i m really stressed about the issue of this This review can be edited in the future if they finally take my case seriously

Import vat fees

This company needs toMake it apparent before making purchases that you will have to pay for customs fees only after receiving the the bill for the import fees am I finding this out it shows terrible service and trying to resolve this matter the lack of communication is terrible after being on hold for 20 mins I expect this matter to be resolved immediately

One of the most disappointing fashion retailing websites for shopping clothes After purchasing and subscribing it 3 days later immediately send a discount promotion code completely useless Besides it does not calculate import taxation at all which means cheap price in checkout but extremely expensive at the end if considering random taxation charges from local By the way never seen any of fashion retaining sites could charge international shipping fee up to 70 Euro which is insanely high

No response on return inquiries

Wanted to return some shoes followed the instructions on the website Wrote them 3 times and got no response Called the Customerservice 3 times and nobody picked up Now the 2 weeks are over and I m stuck with shoes that don t fit

ordered sweatpants and when they came in package was empty but costumer service claim they have 100 proof sweatpants was inside package When i opened package there was never any sweatpants

My daughter bought a sweater for her boyfriend which was actually quite expensive Before she paid it was stated on the order that VAT was included when she tries the same now it no longer says that VAT is included She has been in contact with customer service several times but is told that this is not true She even took screenshots of the order before she paid stating that VAT is included VAT invoice of more than 50 of the purchase price came after the package was received This is not a serious website We will take the matter further with the Consumer Council if they do not sort it out as soon as possible

Product arrived with multiple scratches got laughed at for not being familliar with high quality products

Ordered a pair of Rick Owens kiss boots to add to my Rick collection Shipping was fast however the boots arrived with scratches both on the leather and the transparent plastic heel I provided photos the same day the boots arrived and sent an e-mail They were dismissive and insinuating in their reply and mocked that I might not be familliar with the high quality of natural Rick Owens products They also made it clear I do not qualify for a free return even though I mentioned I am not looking to return the shoes at all as they are the only pair left in my size on any website - I told them if it is debatable wether the leather should have an aged look even so shouldnt be scratched it is clear the heel made of plastic shouldnt have any marks on it They never replied again Quite an embarassing attitude on whoever replied to the first e-mail I m not sure if this says much about the organisation as a whole but that person should really be trained again in customer service Order 215679
