I kept being told by my family that I must be going deaf as I always had to get them to repeat everything I decided I would go to a specialist in hearing rather than wait for an appointment with the NHS I chose Worcester Hearing Centre as my opticians recommended them I went to my appointment which had been so easy to set up with the friendly receptionist I saw Laura who has the happiest smile on her face whenever I see her She put me at ease and explained what she would be doing I had lost some of my hearing and Laura explained how the ears receive sound and what happens when we start to lose it I now have two hearing aids which have made it so I hear conversations again They can be adapted if I can t quite hear things as I think I should Laura is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble I thoroughly recommend this company

I have been a client of Worcester Hearing Centre for eight years after moving to the area In all that time I have been impressed by their standards of excellent in terms of support and professionalism Although I visit the Worcester branch every 6 months for general assessments and updates to my Hearing Aids on this occasion my visit was necessary as my Hearing Cross Over Aid had been eaten by my King Charles Spaniel and as production of the model had ceased I needed a new set of Aids Alex quickly organised replacement once my insurance claim had been settled I now have a super set of Aids far superior to the previous ones particularly the Cross Over which has resulted in my hearing achieving a level of performance which I never dreamed possible The only downside is that I can no longer be accused of selective hearing In Summary I can really recommend them to anyone who values high standards of service and friendly support

Well where do I start Fabulous staff from the warm greeting on arrival to the expertise of audiologist Adam WHC is the only place to get your hearing checked in my opinion- it costs a very reasonable 45 but they more than cover the cost with the exceptional service provided if you ve ever had a test at a standard high street provider you will be startled at the difference in what is provided by these guys in comparison I did my research having been under the care of such a high street provider I had come to the conclusion after nearly three years that they were more interested in how much I could spend rather than what was best for me So after said research I duly booked an appointment with worcester hearing centre and was not disappointed The tests included a video of the inside of my ear tympanometry and middle ear anatomy testing pure tone audiometry speech in noise testing and acceptable noise level testing all of which are comparable to a hospital appointment for hearing loss The whole thing takes one and a half hours because they are that thorough 5 Deb

I first went to the Hearing centre 7 years ago after struggling with poor hearing As a younger person the thought of wearing hearing aids was daunting but Tom and his team were amazing They made sure I was happy with not only the discreetness of the hearing aid but that I was happy with the sound quality and it s been nothing short of life changing I believe what sets the team apart from other places is the additional help they offer should something go wrong with the device Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is willing to help and make sure you get the best from your hearing aid Special thanks today to Adam for making sure I will be able to hear Oasis on Friday
