This stuff is great I ve found that it was a bit overload taking the whole serving 6 capsules at once so I ll usually take 2 at a time 3 times to a day I ve seen the biggest notice from doing it that way highly recommend checking this out for a monthThe amount of things in this would cost so much more to assemble individually so when you compare what s in here It s a great value too
