Fantastic after sales service

Wow what can I say Amazing after sales service I contacted them as my chair started lowering and they I responded rapidly asking me to send some pictures I have to say at this point I fully expect to pay for the Part if they were selling them as my chair was bought second hand so I don t have any guarantee details or order receipts I sent pictures in for them to determine what model chair I ve got into my surprise I got a tracking number and dispatch email along with a lovely email telling me that a suggestion of Good will They were sending me the part for free I also received an email telling me how to fit the part and fix the chair I would never buy any other gaming chair ever again I highly recommend this company and give them a five star rating

What a great company Bought my son s X Rocker chair for Xmas nearly 2yrs ago now and encountered a problem with the control panel Contacted them to help Chanelle was brilliant asking for pictures questions and came back with a solution Would highly recommend this company

Great Customer Experience

Bought a desk a few years back great product had it over two years without issue Wear and tear over the years left me needing a replacement mousemat the one included is custom fit to the desk and was unexpectedly high quality for a freebie After being unable to find one listed anywhere online I d assumed they were no longer in production As a last ditch effort I opened a support ticket to find out if there was any chance of obtaining one I had the pleasure of speaking to Chanelle who went above and beyond to locate a replacement Massively appreciated I doubt many companies would put in anywhere the same effort

I reached out to the x rocker uk customer support team after I accidentally damaged a shelf on my sons bed These guys were super fast responding and went above and beyond to help me Safe to say the replacement piece is on its way to me A huge thank you to Britney Claire and Chanelle for all your help On a different note the fortress highsleeper bed is also amazing great quality and looks fab in my sons room He loves it All round a great experience Thank you x x

Comfortable and Easy to put Together

Absolutely fantastic I d been needing a table comfortable enough just for gaming and XRocker heard my prayers I was a little skeptical at first as I d never put a table together before so I carefully went through the instructions but it s super sturdy and I love the mousepad as well
