Quick and easy help

Had to replace my tilt assembly and I was still under warranty The whole support team was helpful and got everything I needed sent and offered any help assembling

Expected a chair got high-grade luxury

What made the experience great was first the super-fast delivery 3 days before the announced delivery date then the careful packaging It was remarkably secure yet easy to unbox The extra-large you have to see it instruction sheet made the assembly quick and painless with photos and clear ly described steps Note though I am a customer in Poland and all instructions should be delivered in Polish by law actually I have no problem understanding English but non-English speakers may And then the chair in which I am now sitting is luxuriously comfortable I ve just discovered that the armrests move in three dimensions higher lower outside inside and back to front I hope it will last for years which is to be seen but for now it s perfection

My chair had malfunctioned

My chair had malfunctioned and I reached out to Secretlab to see if I could get replacement or replacement parts and within a week they answered the ticket asked a couple of things and got my replacement chair base quickly

Arm holder covers

Had a little issue with my seat arm cover and it got sorted very quickly If I need an upgrade defiantly coming back to get my next chair from them

Blown away by the level of support from Secret lab I m actually leaving this review years too late I purchased years ago and have been delighted with my original Titan chair My product is out of warranty at least The reason for my leaving this review is the incredible even out of support care the team gave me There is no second-best
