godsend Friendly nothing is to much for them

Good Afternoon I have been using XYZ Training for approx 9 months now and during that time I have found them to be very professional and very helpful nothing is ever a problem Karen who I deal with is a godsend when it comes to organising courses for me and I have no hesitation recommending this company to my colleagues I intent to keep using XYZ Training in the future as they make it so easy to have courses found and booked

Very nice courses easy to understand the teacher was explaining everything when something was not understood I will recommend this company and their health and safety courses to any friend that needs a course in Health and Safety

what miracle workers needed an ipaf at short notice i rang and karen managed to sort me a course out for the next day great service very friendly will be using again

Brilliant Service

I have recently used XYZ Training for all company training needs I have found the process of booking courses with XYZ to be simple and smooth Jasmin in particular has been really helpful from start to end with our training requirements The service provided has always been brilliant Response time is great very prompt replies and a friendly service I would highly recommend

I booked 2 courses through XYZ unfortunately due to a website error both courses were fully booked and my guys were unable to attend Luckily Louise was there to help with the entire process made everything extremely easy Every issue was dealt with promptly and respectfully will always use XYZ going forward Thanks Louise

Helpful we wont book anywhere else

I have been booking courses via XYZ Training Group for a number of years and have found them very helpful I often use the chat function on their website which is very helpful I make my bookings with Karen and have done for years nothing is a problem they always manage to find what i require
