Great service for an SMSTS course

I have recently attended an SMSTS course through XYZ training The admin staff I spoke with were all very helpful and the process was very efficient from start to finish All in all a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it

Booked one of our engineers to go on a course on Monday he was told to go to Birmingham only to find that the location had changed to Stoke

STAY CLEAR - COURSES ADVERTISED NOT ACTUALY AVAILABLE

If I could give ZERO - I would Constantly advertising courses on their website letting you book and pay for them and then WITHIN LESS THAN ONE MINUTE call you to let you know the course is not available and they cannot refund your money as quick as they took it off you Seems like a scam to me - will never be using again and informing other companies in our working group to stay clear of too

Terrible experience with this company Specifically the customer service on trying to arrange a alternate date due to illness Took the fee with no customer satisfaction bothered and no refund offered Beware all book at your peril

Our employee booked an IPAF PLUS course

Our employee booked an IPAF PLUS course with Callum Booth and as the booking email was vague we checked it was a PLUS course for high risk activities and was informed that this course was PLUS When our employee attended the course this was only the standard IPAF test and the training centre did not do IPAF PLUS We now have to pay find another test centre and re take the PLUS course Callum was emailed but had no knowledge of IPAF and did not understand that there was a PLUS course His emails became irate when we asked for compensation asking to speak to a director with regard to being misled and the manner of his email An email was returned to inform me that we were being removed form their system so we cannot make any further enquiries Totally incompetent do not understand the the courses they are booking for you Awful and costly experience

Guaranteed Price Match is a lie

XYZ refused to honour the guaranteed price match offered on their website They said it has to be the same course at the same venue on the same date despite their website specifically saying they will honour courses elsewhere Lady on the phone point blank refused to honour this guarantee
