Great product Rubbish delivery

Product was as described Excellent Delivery service was dreadful constantly saying delayed in depot with no delivery date and then turned up out of the blue with no warning

Good price for the cable orderedCommunication could of been better as the cable was out of stock then the machine broke down at the factory but it arrived when they said it would

The local branch as really upped its

The local branch as really upped its game over the last year but sure that the higher powers are trying to sabotage their own company Some of the brand new range of their own-brand Luxna lights are poor quality and arriving damaged There is still no reliable over-night deliver service which causes lots of avoidable issues My local branch has just employed a new manager with some notoriety locally partially gained due claims that he lost his previous branch manager job at a rival company for dishonest behaviour YESSS locally have become a bit of a laughing stock over this interesting appointment with many YESSS customers in disbelief at this act of self-sabotage Not sure that any honest company would want to conduct thousand of pounds of financial transactions every month with someone of such notoriety

All Staff are working hard to help us out The problem is the app we have to use half the materials are not on the app Takes to long to find anything I definitely agree with the reply from yess I have reported this back to our management team Every one we have had dealt with at Yess couldn t be more helpful

EV-CABLE

EV-cable 3 core 6mm with 2 core data arrived swiftly it was made in 2017 but in new condition most other retailers had the cable with cat 5e I bought cat 6a separately which is has higher bandwidth and future proof

A very good company to deal with Website easy to navigate prices competitive and a wide variety of electrical products available I would recommend this company for price comparisons at the very least and you will find yourself in a lot of cases purchasing from them

I use yesss lots through my company account They always manage to provide what I need and when I need it Counter staff are knowledgeable and always put a name to that thingamajig I describe to them This would have been 5 stars but the coffee machine is usually on the blink

Spoilt by slow delivery

Great exterior lights at a fair price Plenty of choice online which allowed me to match what I needed to replace and easy to use website Job delayed by DPD s driver falsely claiming delivery had been attempted when we were here all the time

Communication has massively improved and that s what I need to know - when stuffs being delivered so I can plan accordingly You ll get the extra star for consistency over a prolonged time
