appalling customer service

when I went into preston store person serving me kept talking to other staff they even said you have customer I bought lites on condition link leads available next day promised link leads for lights I bought next day said he would phone me next day no phone call rang to told will only be in tomorrow dreadfully customer service will never use them again delayed completion of my kitchen I will stick to amazon I future they understand customer service try to use local business but just not good enough

Drill battery was faulty

I purchased milwakee muti set drill One of the battery was faulty i was told that get in touch directly with the manufacturer to to that i have to go through lot of work if I would have purchased same product from a retailer it would have been much easier to get replacement i will not go thorough with yeses again

Don t use them much as they are very

Don t use them much as they are very expensive and that gets passed on to customer making me more expensive Screwfix electrifx are normally 50 cheaper on consumables like grommets and screws Etc etcWhen I asked the Poole branch if there was any movement on the quote he told me Screwfix sell dodgy screws need I say more
